I must say that this company is great to deal with. Honest and professional. Highly recommend them to all your needs. They have modified my crossovers on my polk RTi A9. At first I gave them a budget of 800$. They have done the job at 300$ because they felt that upgrading others parts wont do any significant audio quality change. This is what I call honest people! My modified polks sounds absolutely amazing now thanks to them (no more high crisp pitch bright sound) !

As much as I would like to support a Canadian company, I find it very hard to support this one. While the selection is wonderful, trying to find what your looking for can be very hard on their site, prices aren't always the best and never have free shipping. most of the time I will order from Parts express due to the great shipping prices and many coupon codes you can use during check out. most of the time it works out to be much cheaper. dealing with their costumer service can be difficult at times, and depending who you talk to you will be able to get different prices. please solen look at what's made Parts Express so amazing and follow suit.

Outstanding store, everything you need dispatched quickly. All of my orders so far have arrived in Toronto the next day with expresspost.There is nowhere else that compares in Canada and you still wouldn't need to go there if there were.

Man this is like my home!! Any were shipped in Canada and the price is not more then 20 Buscks to ship. They have great knowledge can even design crossovers for you. Awesome!! I would love to say that the products are cheep but they aren’t. On the other hand it’s like owning a Porsche. U get what you paid for nothing more nothing less. exactly what u paid for. I can go hours and and hours on how good their service will be. But, the best is if u go in person. They can costume tailor your experience. Speak slowly and they can understand you. It’s frustrating when some times they speak in French but, never have they disappointed me. Always delivered. Packages say they gonna take 7 days to arrive but, come in 3 days. The Canadian hub for any audio video components.

Appreciated that Solen carried a product at a fair price while Amazon was way overpriced. Somewhere between Solen to arrival at my front door, the package, wrapped only in paper around the original box of the item, got really soaked by some unknown oily substance (not water) that totally ruined the paper wrapping and the box. Fortunately, the contents were safe but the original box was ruined. Not pleased with the shipping experience.

Solen is a great place to do business with.First, they have a superlative list of quality components such as Capacitors, resistors, chokes, and drivers. All state of the art and high quality.Chris is a real Pro. He is knowlegeble and helpful and insures quick service. Helene and Dominique are excellent at getting orders processed and shipped in a timely manner. Ordered a Dayton Audio Subwoofer Amplifier from Solen.Firstly, the incorrect item was shipped to me, which I had to return.Then the Amp I ordered and was subsequently shipped to me was DOA (Dead On Arrival), which I returned and requested a Full Refund, as I had now lost faith in both Solen and Dayton Audio.Solen refused to reimburse me for the original shipping is totally unacceptable.No consideration was given to me by Solen for the inconvenience and my wasted valuable time for repackaging and reshipping first, the incorrect item I received and then the correct item that I received DOA (Dead On Arrival).I am very unhappy with Solen’s refusal to reimburse me for the original shipping cost, which is unacceptable and shows a lack of concern for Customers.Needless to say, my experience regarding this order was terrible.

Received an amplifier from Solen, was doa (not their fault, they dont make them). Emailed customer service and was responded to promptly.... was offered a replacement, but the amp was on back order, so opted to choose a different amplifier, not an issue!!Have family visiting the area where Solen is located and they will have a staff member drop it off...Everyone i have inreracted with as been amazing, Dominique went way beyond the call for me.... will be ordering exclusively from Solen going forward (eventhough i am 10mins from the border and have a us address to which i can have parts-express items shipped/delivered- why bother? Solen is the same price and customer service is second to none!!)
