Canada Post

Not this locations fault, but they never receive the parcels the next day for pickup when Canada Post doesn't drop off at your house. I even tried 2 days later and it still wasn't there.

Went in to ask about getting a new lock for my community mailbox due to a security issue (previous resident kept one of the keys).Person I spoke to was dismissive and said “we do not replace mailbox locks” despite the website saying otherwise and also said “I just moved and I didn’t replace my lock”.Random Canada Post worker: it’s fine that you don’t wanna replace your mailbox lock. It’s not fine to be rude and dismissive and straight up wrong about a fact when you could’ve just said “hey I can’t help you but try calling or emailing support instead”+1 star because picking packages up wth this location has always been good, but don’t try to do anything more than buying postage or picking up packages.Ps I did get my mailbox lock replaced using an online form.

They lost my package, can’t give me a single answer as to where it could possibly be, and insinuated that I got the address wrong. I tried going back THREE TIMES and they tried to tell me the address was wrong every time despite me having proof. They owe me 60 bucks now, given my package has just ✨disappeared into the ether✨.

Absolutely incompetent staff, who pushed me to buy expedited option to send my regular size envelope for 110$$, telling me that otherwise it would take 6 weeks to deliver.Flea market style business.Follow up.My letter to Europe was delivered within two weeks with the regular postage on it which is 3.09$.The clerk said that I have to pay 110$ to have it delivered in three weeks.Be aware!!

Only one person is working and she is doing her best. The waiting time is minimum 20-25 mins. Horrible. It takes forever

I'm not sure if it was just the particular staff member I encountered today, but she was rude and not at all helpful. To her credit it was a bit busy; however, she was very short with me. Send your packages elsewhere if possible.

I have picked up at this outlet and experienced no real problems and the staff or attendant wasn,t rude to me at all. A matter of fact being a man the girls were quite polite and helpful and I don,t give them any type of attitude.I have no problem with them...

This is the worst Canada post office I have ever been to. Only one guy that works there is nice and helps you out. The rest are super rude and they give completely wrong advice. Oh by the way after I complained once my package go lost" and magically found 1 week later when I complained that the tracking is showing the package was scanned but never left their office."

They actually charge you 5$ just to close your box with tape! Find another canada post to save 5 box!!!!

I had trouble opening one of their delivery envelopes. There are no instructions. The nice guy behind the counter gave me another and we joked about learning to do it the first time. Was gonna get me a new one for free.Then the manager lady came by. Was blunt and forced me to buy both envelopes because she can't resell it now". I found that to be obtuse and rude. I wish I could quote her name.If you don't offer instruction or help
