The teeth cleaning service that I have received here is not pleasant at all. My appointment was scheduled at 1:30 pm and the hygieniest brought me in at 2:15 pm. The moment she started she said to me: you may have to come back to finish your teeth cleaning another time as I would work on it until 3:15 pm for an hour. I asked her: why? I have booked for one hour and half. She then brought one receptionist in and then asked a second receptionist in, who booked appointment for me. The receptionist told her: the appointment was booked for an hour with an option to extend for half an hour. The difference is that: it charges $280 for an hour, another $150 for half an hour in the second visit while $350 for an hour and half in one visit.She finished her previous appointment with another patient 45 minutes later. I thought it means she would finish a patient's teeth cleaning if it takes a bit longer than planned time. In the contrary, she did not appologize for the delay and managed me to return for another visit after all the argument about booking one hour or one hour and half, after all the repetitive questions she asked me, she could not finish the topping of my teeth and asked me to return to discuss.I have phoned twice and asked for an opportunity to report this improper behavior to the Dr in charge, and no phone call returned.

Dr. Straga is an excellent dentist. He has a great office team. He comprehensively explained every procedure before he performed them. He also disclosed the cost. There was nothing hidden. After the procedure, he went thoroughly for post-op care. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Straga is an exceptional dentist. With his pleasant and friendly manner he thoroughly explained every procedure he has performed on me including the cost. A couple of times I need emergency treatment and he responded quickly to my situation. I can honestly say he is the best dentist I have every had at my young age of 68.

Been to this office numerous times (incredibly beautiful office, natural lighting, earth tones, nice ambience).Every time I have been here the assistants (both in the front office as well as the back) have been incredibly helpful.Dr. Straga is a very nice person, he takes the time to listen to any concerns you may have and is very informative. After the procedure, he sat down with me and went through what I needed to do post-op.

Just had a tooth extracted. Needles almost painless, no excess freezing used. No pain after freezing came out. Thorough, professional and personal. This covers all of the staff including the exceptional Dr. Straga.

I have had excellent experience, procedures, cleanings, surgery and treatment by both Doctor Straga and his team.

I couldn't believe how hard it was to find a dentist to even give me 10minutes of their time or take me on as a patient because I didn't get my dental implants through them. It was actually an emergency and I was at my wits end after calling over 15 dental clinics. Finally I found Dr. Straga who was compassionate to answer all of my questions and reassure me that the procedure was simple. Meanwhile, other dentists were telling me it was out of their scope. Dr. Straga told me it would be a piece of cake. It honestly was, procedure was under 1 hour. He used the torque removal technique as opposed to cutting the bone away around the implant. This preserved a lot of bone. Bonnie and Bev at the front desk are pleasant, professional and courteous. Highly recommend this clinic. Take it from me, for work like this, skip the dentist and go to a specialist like Dr. Straga.

Had a gum graft done by Dr. Straga - the entire experience was great, 0/10 would recommend

Really really great experience. All the staff was amazing from the time of booking, to leaving. Dr. straga himself explained everything thorougly, and made it a very pleasant experience (as pleasant as a gum graft can be), I honestly feel no discomfort now after the procedure. Thank you!
