Quick and thorough repairs at reasonable price. The stitching on my favourite Blundstones had begun to unravel, but they came back to me cleaned and polished and looking like new! Highly recommended.

The heels were wearing down on my pair of Thursdays, so I got a new set of heel soles put on. They were done two days later and looked better than the day I bought them! Fast and friendly service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my Birkenstocks in to be re-corked. When I went to pick them up they looked terrible. They had spray painted the straps and got spray paint all over the buckles, footbed, and Birkenstock logo on the side of the shoe. The cork was lumpy and mangled looking. The straps had not been properly glued back on and were coming off the cork. I asked them to fix them. 2 weeks go by and they don’t call me, so I call them and they tell me they are ready for pickup. I go in to pick them up and they somehow look worse. They outlined the Birkenstock logo with a pen because they had spray painted over it so you can clearly see somebody with shaky hands on my shoes. My Birkenstocks are now ruined and look worse than when I brought them in. Definitely don’t bring your Birkenstocks here. I don’t understand why they have such high reviews.

First time here, and it was fantastic. Owner is friendly & helpful, my birks had seen better days and he was able to fix them up and make them as good as new, for just $45!!Thank you very much, will be back!

After being told my favourite 15 yr old boots couldn't be resoled" at another repair shop in the valley due to their style

I love this place so much I'd like to give 6 stars! I've been bringing my Birks and various hiking boots/shoes here for decades, and they always do a fantastic job for an unbelievably good price (I've honestly thought they misspoke sometimes the price was so low). If you want a high quality, sturdy repair for a great price, they cannot be beat. They even managed to repair a favourite work boot that had been torn up by a chainsaw, which I thought was beyond help.

Quinpool Shoe Repair did wonders on a pair of boots that I left with them.The boots had holes that seem like they were never even there and are very reinforced. The boots have even been cleaned and sprayed for protection. They did this at a very affordable price.I would absolutely go back in the future if I need shoes repaired. My boots look brand new!

Brought in a brand new pair of black boots that I accidentally stained all over with a waterproof spray, I was so upset and thought I ruined them…BUT they were able to get it all off, and now are a nice brand new black again! I am so relieved!! Super nice people too :)

This shop has been AMAZING!Great work, done quickly. So far i have had heels replaced, stiching fixed, and complete soles to be done soon.Not once have i been disappointed. Its clear they strive to go above and beyond
