Best Chai tea anywhere. Made with fresh spices daily. Pakora for a snack is fantastic. Came back a second time we loved it so much. Will be back again!!

Ganges Grill is AMAZING. The owners are so nice and passionate about their food and the food tastes like it was homemade for hours and served fresh. We bike toured Salt Spring this July and after seeing them hand a delicious looking meal to a customer we ordered their butter chicken roti. Oh man! What I hope they can an experience! The sauce and chicken were tender and flavourful and they give it to you with the biggest smile! I hope they can be there year round and open a restaurant, because you need to try it! I support Ganges Grill!

We discovered Chef Jeremy’s food 6 months ago and have been weekly regulars ever since.. His Butter Chicken is incredible, the Pankora are crisp and spicy, nan bread is thin and moist. He grinds his own spices and every ingredient is fresh and local.On Valentines Day we ordered takeout Butter Chicken and it was the most flavorful we have ever eaten. He added Multiple dipping sauces, chopped vegetables, nan with a delicious dip and more.His repertoire is expansive so we asked for a french meal a few weeks ago. Fabulous ! We now order from him weekly and enjoy a gourmet meal at home for an unbelievable reasonable price.He is so enthusiastic about his food and a pleasure to deal with.Don’t miss this Saltspring Island treasure! The vegan curry was great in a roti! Jeremy's food truck is in the middle of the Food Garden, near the benches and pavilion tent. You can park in the lot where the other trucks are, or at the school lot across if it's outside school hours.
