St. Andrews Pharmasave & Compounding center

10+ Stars!!! My normal pharmacy is Shoppers Drug Mart, I have been using for years! I needed a medication that only a compounding center could do Shoppers provided me with a location on George St (NOT RECOMMENED) I called their office and was informed I would need to pay out of pocket first before they even process anything and would be provided a bill for my insurance company. I asked when I was able to pick it up since I needed ASAP( 3:30pm I called ) I was then informed she would have to get back to me on that, but said it would take a few days (she was a bit stand offish)I then googled other places who could process this medication for me and found St. Andrews Pharmasave & Compounding center. I called and I was welcomed right away (going above and beyond) I had my prescription sent to their office. They called and got my insurance info and called to see how much was covered, I was called immediately with how much it was going to be for me, and what my insurance was paying and they would have it ready for me by 6:00PM- I rec'd a text message stating my medication was ready to be picked up @ 5PM. Walked in knew who I was and was treated with such respect! Lets just say this location will be now be my primary pharmacy, they are also going to call and have everything switched to their office (Nothing I need to do on my end) Such an amazing team! I am happy with my choice! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!! :)

The pharmacists really take an interest in your well-being. Caring and very professional. You couldn't ask for better service.

I'll leave a response here too since this where all the comments are but this is the wrong building in the plaza.Such a great pharmacy. People are nice and it's clean and organized. The prescription refill only took 2 days. Such a relief after dealing with shoppers drug mart over the past year.

I have nothing but the best to say about St. Andrews Pharmacy. The Pharmacist was extremely knowledgeable and was really eager to help me figure out what was going on with me. Thanks for taking the time to help! Strongly recommend using this pharmacy!

Dukoral wasn't available in Toronto but it was available at this pharmacy. The pharmacist, I believe her name is Suvera was excellent in helping me process the transaction and giving me time to travel to Cambridge. The people of Cambridge are very lucky to have a caring pharmacy. Thank you Wish you all the best!

Honestly the most amazing pharmacy I’ve ever been too. I moved here this summer and found this place. They are so kind and on time. They always come through and help as much as they can. So friendly and I highly recommend going here.

Extremely fast and knowledgeable service. Came to see the Dr at the attached walk in clinic for an eye infection and the pharmacist was able to see me and prescribed the correct medication. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

These are lovely people. Their customer service is prompt and stellar. They take the time to get to know their patient's condition and how they are coping. They go above and beyond to do the extra work so you don't have to. Again, they are polite, caring and generally good people.

We came for our Pfizer booster shots. There was no line when we came. They also accepts walk-ins.The staff was very friendly. They had greeted us and attended immediately. They have taken our health cards and asked to come in a separate room for a booster vaccine shot. We didn't feel any pain and it was very quick. Highly recommended for vaccination.They also have separate physiotherapy & rehab center along with Pharmacy. Adding couple of pictures for reference.Building is wheelchair accessible and also have wheelchair accessible restroom.

The staff at this pharmacy are so caring and efficient. If you are looking for attentive and professional health care, look no further! And there is a walk-in clinic! And some walk-in clinic services can be done by the pharmacist!!!Our daughter has complex needs and it's nice to know that she isn't just a number to them.
