We cannot recommend Rizwan highly enough! We found his expert opinion very helpful and were really impressed with the way he explained things clearly to us. Rizwan did not rush any part of the inspection, instead he took the time to show us all aspects of the home and explain thoroughly his findings and recommendations. Final Check Home Inspections
Rizwan is very knowledgeable inspector. I have used his service couple of time (once for a townhouse that I purchased a year ago and recently for a house). He is very thorough in his checking and explains to us patiently all the aspects/ issues of the property. He found the piping of the house was not as per the building code and warned us that there will be difficulty in getting insurance for the house. And later we found out that he was correct. I highly recommend him.

Rizwan did our recent home inspection for us on the recommendation of our realtor. He was absolutely fabulous. Because it was our first home, he took the time to walk us through everything and explain the inner workings of the house in great detail. Rizwan at Final Check Home Inspections performed the service promptly. I really liked his quick response and polite attitude even outside his working hours. Meet us on-site and have a well-done inspection and go through everything with us professionally, also easy to understand. He also shared with us all his pics included each item/area that he had checked. After 1-2 days, he followed up with us multiple times to cover our questions. Fully trustful. Highly recommend!

As first home buyers with limited knowledge about minute details, we were fortunate to have our final inspection done by Rizwan. As a first home buyer, I didn't know what to expect from the home inspection but Rizwan explained everything in detail and provided all the pictures and the written report the next day. He was such a pleasure to meet and he was very professional.After performing the inspection of the entire unit, he sat down with us to first provide background information about important information we need to know and consider as new home owners (reviewing strata documents and depreciation reports for example). We then did a walk through of the unit where he verbally explained everything thoroughly.I would highly recommend Rizwan!

Rizwan was very detailed and thorough in performing the inspection of the house we are buying. He treated the inspection of the house like he was the buyer. He is very knowledgeable. He explained very clearly in details the tasks he was performing and why each of those details were important to us to know. He gave us lots of tips and recommendations that are useful to protect our future home. I would recommend him to anyone who are buying a house or even those who want to do a periodic inspection of their homes. Very courteous and professional.
