These guys went out of their way to help a stranded biker. Long story short, my friend was stranded, and they went out of their way to help us at the last minute! I don't want to state the nature of the help, since they offered something for free that in any normal circumstance they should have charged (and I would not hesitate to pay for in another circumstance) but they realized the dire straights we were in. Smart move because now they have earned another customer!

No words to describe the level of customer service and worksmanship of Adrian and his team at ace Moto tech. I had brought in my bike to have a full system exhaust, fuel controller, air filter and a few other things to be put on. Everything was installed pretty quickly and the price was justified for the amount of time spent on the bike. Originally when I got the bike back from the shop it had an issue with the fuel controller causing it to run too rich. Before I got back to my house I had called Adrian to let him know of the problem and he said he would come out of his way with his truck to give me a ride home, absolutely incredible however I did manage to ride the bike home. We had discussed about what the problem could be and Adrian came out to my house, at 9 PM with his computer and ran tests on the bike to see what could be wrong, never have I seen someone give up so much time out of their way to help a customer. We had figured it was a loose connection and Adrian loaded the bike into the back of his truck the same night and took it to his shop so him and his team could resolve the problem. I got the bike back shorty after and he even delivered it personally to my house!! And for the inconvenience and delay he personally gave me a Tim’s card and a motorcycle cleaning kit! Never have I had a customer service experience like this and I 110% recommend you bring your bike to Adrian and his team for the expert knowledge in bikes and absolutely incredible customer service! Will be back in the future for servicing! Thanks Adrian and your team!

Ace Moto Tech isthe best shops I have ever been to. I had new tires installed and oil changed, Everything they've done to the bike is recorded, with a picture and video to show proof of work. the price is lower than any deal. Owners and employees are very pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend this shop.

First time customer , called looking for a set of tires looking last minute of course. Tires I was looking for where sold out . Luckily an order arrived and they called me to let me know. ( great service) , gets better .. they even got them done same day with in 2 hours. Must say exceptional service , especially during peak busy season.

I have been going to ace moto since I started riding in 2019. Adrian and his team have been nothing but amazing with my bike and my questions. The front desk girl Kaylee is very kind and professional.I admire Ace moto’s customer service and workmanship!I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs service done!

I must say, this is one is well deserved a 5 star rating. If u don’t believe me just walk into the store front and meet the friendly and knowledgable staff. I needed to do an oil change on my Yamaha V star and after looking online trying to get oils filters O-rings etc. it was a going to be a long wait for delivery using online shopping. All the oils and parts I needed they had on hand in stock it was wonderful being able to just cash out and walk away with everything I needed that very same moment . To keep in mind they also do mechanical services..

Such a great experience dealing with ACE MOTO TECH. From the front desk to the mechanics in the backOnce my bike was done the tech came up to me showing me some videos and pictures of the process of the work they did .. Couldnt of asked for a better serviceWill definitely be back again .

I would like to give credit where credit is due! So I’ve been looking for a fp4 (fuel map system) for awhile now and I came across a post on marketplace that had a really good price for what I was looking for. When I messaged to inquire the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of what I was after. She priced everything all out for the unit , tax , mailing etc which was excellent she then set me up to speak to someone at the shop so we could process the payment. I spoke to Adrian and this guy is awesome to speak with. He could tell I was uneasy about buying something over the phone and giving my credit card information but he walked me through how it all worked and reassured me I’ll receive an email of the transaction and shipping details which calmed my nerves. He also spoke about what part I was buying and it’s capabilities which I thought was great! I live in kingston and I just received this part in less than 24 hours I’m seriously in shock how fast it came ! Thanks again guys I’ll definitely be using you guys down the road for future parts!Adam
