Let me begin by saying I live in British Columbia but this dealership is in Montreal Quebec! Why the heck would someone from BC be rating this dealership? The simple answer is this is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life, and I have bought at least 25 cars in my life. From the get go, when I first noticed the Tesla on the internet, Maxine Parent was fantastic on answering some preliminary questions and for getting me in touch with a salesperson. Jesse Carreiro was my sales person and he was fantastic! Easy to talk to, respectful, dependable, and just a pleasure to deal with. He even went as far as Facetiming me so I could get a first hand experience. I flew to Montreal to get my car and was sincerely impressed at how professional this dealership is, it's big and well managed but still had the freindliness of a smaller operation. More importantly, the car was exactly as I expected it to be and Jesse was even more of a pleasure to deal with in person. Financing was a breeze and signing the paperwork took all of twenty mins, then I was on my way. They even went as far as arranging my temporary insurance for my trip home! This blew me away! If anyone is on the fence about traveling to Montreal to buy a car from AED, don't be. I did it and couldnt't be any happier that I did. I purchased a vehicle at Automobile en Direct in Saint Constant in July 2022. Right from the very beginning, I was treated very courteously by the Salesman, Jesse. He was very polite and professional. He was patient and took the time to answer my many questions. During the sale process, he was quite helpful. He did not turn his back on me after the contract was signed...He even sent me pictures that I asked for while the vehicle was in preparation.Melissa Lewis, in the Finance Department was also very nice and professional. I would recommend AED to any friend.
