Taxi Laurier

I had mix experiences with this taxi.I admit that the drivers are very kind and professional.Very very unfortunate, the receptionist is not. Especially, if you call on Friday morning or weekend. A male receptionist is very unprofessional. He had no sense of professionalism. Receptionist should provide a good service and be polite to customer. Yet he dared me to be polite.Due to this behaviour, I'm sure, he will cause lots of damage to the company.One time he forgot to take my order, eventhough I called a couple of days before.Please be extra careful when you deal with this male receptionist!

If I could rate zero stars, I would. We had a train to catch at 3:00 pm and were roughly 15 minutes away from the station. We called over an hour in advance to give us a ride to the station just to be safe. We were told someone was on the way, but after thirty minutes we decided to call again and check to make sure someone was coming. After calling multiple times, getting transferred, and getting hung up on (just trying to confirm someone was on the way), we missed our train. We ended up having another company’s taxi come and get us after the stressful chaos this company created. This company did not communicate effectively, were not reliable, and overall wasted our time and money. With all the taxi companies in Quebec City, do not use this company- especially if you don’t speak French fluently. Zero out of one hundred rating.

I reserved a cab to take me to the airport. I called again when a cab didn't show up. The dispatcher said there were no cars available. When I told him I had reserved, he didn't seem to care and said he couldn't help. When I reserved the cab the previous day, my name and number were noted.I called Co-op taxi and a car was made available right away.

It is the best service!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I was almost late for my train because I couldn't get any Uber. I called them and they responded right away. I told the taxi drive that I might be late and he helped me get their right on time.

We needed a wheelchair and the taxi arrived on time, the driver was very friendly and professional and picked us up at the hospital at the scheduled time. Totally worth it

I had a great experience with Laurier. I reserved a taxi for the next morning to the train station through their app. The app told me when the driver was on the way, so I could relax. He was really nice and spoke English. It was all seamless; I was very happy with this service.

Was a bit worried as I saw the poor reviews, but honestly my ride went smoothly! It arrived in about 10 minutes, and the driver seemed pretty chill and knew some English. We didn’t really talk for the ride, but that’s what I prefer anyways. He drove well and got me home fast. I had zero issues with my experience.

Called a taxi from a grocery store. Waited about an hour. When the taxi showed up and saw that I had groceries, he told me he doesn't take people with groceries, and that they would send another car. When I called to find out how long the next car would be, the dispatcher hung up in my ear. I called back again, they hung up in my ear again.

If i could rate with 0 stars I would. The taxi that I ordered NEVER arrived and they didn’t even bother to call me. Worst company ever, you should close down. What a disgrace

Had an early flight at YQB and required a taxi at 0545 to collect from St Roch area. Call handler took my request in English (from UK cell phone) and sure enough the taxi arrived the following morning perfectly on time. Driver was friendly and courteous and we got to the airport in plenty of time with no stress. Very pleased with service.
