Walked into this store and immediately got PTSD. They have an employee who works here named Gurman Benipal. He is known and many girls have had to call the authorities on him as he does not leave women alone. My review will not be posted if I add any specific details unfortunately… Brought back horrifying memories which I never want to recall. Will never be going back to this store.

One of the best store to buy shoes for your routine office, violets for females/girls or to gift. Have been to there and have bought a lot of gift articles for my mother.

All the employees a bunch of teenagers were chatting with each other on the floor and it was difficult to identify who works over there, as i had questions and had to try to identify who worked there...:( even I have worked as a sales floor person but felt like they only come to work to gossip not welcoming , not going back to this store :/

Service is great, this one guy helped me out and was so patient and eager to help me, his name is Mansur. He seems to know what hes doing, so i recommend going to him if you see him in store

I came to return a pair of shoes that I had purchased and I’m not sure if the person that was helping me was a manager or what but he was accusing me of wearing the shoes out which I have not. I think it is very rude to accuse your customers of something you don’t even know if they did or not. I use to work for Aldo and their customer service sure has gone down hill. I have contacted HQ about this as the whole thing was just insane.

I order pair of shoes online today.They came with visible wear and tear. Seems like someone had worn them for days or they had shipped display model.

Bought a pair of boots online - unfortunately they did not fit when they arrived. I took them to the store to return and was helped by a very pleasant young woman who had me in and out in 5 minutes. No hassle, super easy. Will definitely shop here again, though I wish their boots fit a little wider.
