MTM Construction and Property Management

We used MTM to have a custom vanity built for our powder room. The space is small and so we wanted a simple and sharp looking piece to hold our sink and have a matching shelf underneath. We provided Matt with some inspirational photos and the piece turned out great! We absolutely love it and regularly receive compliments on it. I would highly recommend working with Matt and Tegan, they are reliable, friendly and professional.

Matt and Tegan = breath of fresh air in Smiths falls. I have not met Tegan but I feel and see her outstanding work. Her monthly reports are excellently but simply presented - no fluff and sent on time too. Matt as our general Contractor has given us nothing but peace of mind. Puts you at ease. Mat and teagan mackey seemed okay at first.And let me state my rent was always payed early - in full- and we kept the property clean and in better standing then when we received the keys from Steve James.I'll sum it up by saying their client wanted to sell the property we had been renting for 4 years or longer, okay that happens. We made the decision to up and move right away and waist no time - as the market is hot and just getting more expensiveSo we moved immediately and asked for last month's rent back with interest which we are legally entitled toNot only did we NOT get our rent back, mat decided once he knew we were in our new house he decided to cut my locks off the front door to the old house and the tool shed and change the locks on me. Locking me out from the remainder of our possessions and leaving my tool box exposed for the world to see, no big deal?The property was ours until the end of May legally as we did not get last month's rent back...He likes to use profanity and be-little his tenants, forgetting he used to rent himself...Unprofessional- Fake - and a Liar

I needed a trustworthy contractor and I was lucky enough to hire Matt and his crew to help me with the renovation of my home. I could not have chosen better. They were on time, clean, respectful; always going the extra distance. I now have new floors throughout my whole home and I could not be happier.
