District Stairs

District Stairs did a great job on my staircase, the work they did really uplift the appearance of my home. They were professional worked very clean and finish the job in a timely manner.

Started off great, immediately when entering the showroom we were welcomed and provided assistance. The gentlemen helping us was lovely to deal with. We were ready to make a purchase but needed an installer to come by to take measurements. The installer cancelled a few times but once he came he was great.

District Stairs installed new wooden railing on old fillet. They forcefully connected newel post to old fillet which was designed for different kind of post. They insisted new fillet is not required even though we agreed to pay extra.Edited after owner’s response:after contractors installed stair railing, both top a bottom posts were pulling away from pickets. We had to take wooden railing off to see what is causing such noticeable misalignments. After we emailed owner of District Stairs with request to redo stair railing with new fillet and offered to pay for it, he insisted there isn’t anything wrong with the metal. I then emailed these two photos, mentioned that bottom post is too short and asked when would he come for closer examination. He did not respond..

District Stairs did a great job on our spiral staircase. We are really impressed with the finished product. We will recommend to friends and family.

I purchased porcelain tiles from District Stairs. They have a wide selection of tiles and flooring in their showrooms and at very reasonable prices. They value their clients as I needed to get additional tiling in a quick turnaround and they pulled out all the stops to make it happen. Their staff at their Pickering and Ajax stores were so very helpful.

We hired District Stairs to help us make two flights of stairs accessible. They did exactly what we had hoped for and it looks great! Their installers were very nice and completed the job ahead of schedule. We appreciated their responsiveness!

Marlon & team did a wonderful job with refinishing our existing stairs and replacing old pickets with modern metallic ones. Very Professional and took care of minute details to match up with our expectations. Highly recommend them for staircase job !!

District Stairs staff were very helpful from the time of intial inquiry to the completion of my new staircase. I love my new staircase and have shared pictures with many friends and family and have recommended them to others needing work done. I waited a long time to get this work done and they did a fabulous job!! Marlon went above and beyond. I will be contacting District Stairs to lay my hardwood upstairs in the future and other projects around my house.
