Excellent exceptional quality customer service. The women here went above and beyond to ensure my ring will fit me for my upcoming Wedding day. Also were very patient to help me ensure I had a proper fit and to make sure I got my ring back in time for the day. Thank you so much and my husband and I appreciate all your help.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Definitely NOT recommended. Staff and manager was unreasonably rude and being ridiculous. They don’t stand behind their products which are of poor quality. Will never go back ever again. WORST customer service EVER.

Some fun and cute rings and necklaces but didn’t enjoy the feeling or experience inside. For a place that sells high end jewelry some over $20,000 it felt fake because of the feeling inside. Needs classic music and updated feel. Feel like it’s costume jewelry otherwise

Daniel is awesome! I went back and bought a second band for a triple threat (haha) The BEST experience. I’d work with him anytime so if you see him try to get his assistance. Didn’t think I’d get two wedding bands but wow!!!

Very bad costumer service!! I bought my wife a necklace and, after 1 week it broke!! I will not make any comments on the quality of the product.... I went to the store and they could not care less... Would not replace the product and instead, they wanted us to pay for a Maintenance package"... Very unfortunate and I WILL NEVER shop at this store again..."
