I came here to get my iPhone 6’s battery replaced.Out of my good heart, I like to support small businesses so I decided to pay 60 here instead of 35 at Apple. However the new battery’s life was faulty. He replaced it again with another battery. I was going to give a five star rating. But I realized it’s still draining faster than expected.What’s worse is the lower part of my screen is now unresponsive, there’s a gap between the lower part of the screen and the phone and a screw is missing.I don’t think I can ever support small unproven businesses again, although it’s better for the local economy, it’s not better for me, I have encountered far too many disappointments. The quality and care tends to be low.It hurts me to write this because I saw his wife, child and dog. But it must be done.

Got my screen protector here installed for 20$, very friendly and he informed that there will be some air bubbles however there were a lot more air bubbles than I expected. Fortunately, I was able to remove all of them other than a small one in the corner. No complaints though!

Dropped my iphone and broke it. Went to Cellular Valley to get a replacement (in the interim) but ended up buying a phone from the owner. He was complimentary, explained the warranty and what he will cover, leaving me impressed. I had the phone for two-weeks and dropped it again, breaking the tempered glass. I went back to the store and the lady was very polite; offered to replace the glass and since I had my kid with me, gave her a small gift too. As I said, colour me impressed! Very happy. Highly recommend the family run local store!

Excellent quality service with quick timelines! I’ve had a few devices that were dropped by my kids and I’ve always been very pleased with Cellular Valley each time. I also find that I’ve received honest feedback on what is absolutely necessary to fix.

Great store to find phone and any electronic accessory. Owner possesses great product knowledge. Phone repairs and others are done at this location at a very competitive price on a timely manner. Store is clean and has a great spread of interesting products. This store is the best thing that happened in the town of Aurora.

Not knowing better I purchased a cell phone case elsewhere recently, but did a lousy job of installing the screen protector. RJ at Cellular Valley put it on for me. He did it in no time and it was perfect! I was very happy. While I waited I saw his broad selection of merchandise and wished I had shopped there from the beginning. His expertise, personal service, and prompt response time make it a pleasure to shop there.

Fixed major issue of broken charging jack in my 11 Pro within half an hour. In addition to that, they charged me just 30 percent of what apple authorized service store asked me to pay.

I took my phone in because I have had a problem with the volume for several months. I could only hear sound when it was on speakerphone. He fixed it for FREE.....with a toothbrush LOL. Not the first time i have been there. Did a great job last time as well.
