I purchase a bedroom set and a sofa back in November and paid for delivery . After the items are delivery I realized that my furnitures are chipped . I reach out and was told to send pictures via WhatsApp. I did that and was ghosted ever since . Very bad customer service.

Recently I bought a box bed from Raj Furniture. Some parts of drawers are already damaged. I reported immediately; owner said he will change the drawer. I called for several days and he always said he would come the same day to fix it, however it's been two weeks and he never changed the drawer. Bed quality is very poor. I am very frustrated about quality of products

Horrible customer service. The delivery staff is very disrespectful. We paid for installation, and the delivery staff doesn’t take the shoes off and argues if asked (the flooring of house is carpeted) . The quality of the furniture is poor. We had to exchange at least three times. The finishing of furniture is poor as well. We had to settle because we were finally fed up with telling and tiring arguments.I do not recommend them.Raj furniture is fast when you give 1 star. Only if they were this responsive when we called them.

Do not buy anything from this company. Their products are very cheap doesn’t last up to a year. Very bad customer service! They do not reply to you all they do is avoid your messages and calls. I wish they even help out . All they do is tell you they will respond to you but the truth is that they really don’t care about you but their money!

Do not buy from this place!!! They are shady and dishonest. They charged me full price for a sectional sofa, and delivered the damaged floor model to me while only offering a $100 refund. I will never shop there again or recommend anyone to shop there.You are responding to my review saying that I am lying, when your sales staff confirmed that I was given the floor model after he looked at my receipt yesterday when I came back to the store. Don't lie and try to make yourself look like you are not at fault. I paid for brand new furniture, but did not get it. The only reason why, I accepted the $100 discount was due to the hassle of having the return the display 3 piece sofa and having to wait for weeks until you get new shipment from China. You are a horrible business man!!!!!

Their stuff is quite solid and good. Happy with the services with just one exception. One of the delivery guy was rude and unprofessional. We called the store and they listened to our problems. And they handled it.

We have multiple pieces of furniture from this place in our home. Unbeatable prices, excellent quality. In our most recent purchase, we got a customized office table. The table was beautifully built, but the measurements were wrong. Raj went above and beyond with his service sending the table back to the manufacturer several times ensuring we were satisfied with it. We are deeply impressed by the quality of costumer service provided by the store and highly recommend it to everyone.
