Stone On The Go

I ordered an off-cut vanity top with install at Stone on the go. Heather was very helpful, she sent me the color selections for the off-cuts by email and when I was ready to order she sent me an invoice via email, which made payment so convenient! You can also choose colors in the showroom where they have a lot of samples to choose from. I really liked that I could choose to buy or not buy the install or measuring services from Stone on the go, since I was comfortable measuring by myself. Installation was fast and happened within a week of placing my order! My only feedback is that I wish the installer had boot covers or wiped his shoes on my doormat before walking inside, but this is just a small detail. The vanity counter top looks so great and I'm really happy with my experience!

We recently had quartz counter tops installed. Love them!!!! Was able to send them a sketch and got pricing. They were right in the middle. Came to their showroom and was able to pick something in stock and installation was done within 7 days. Was quick, great technicians. We also bought a sink and we should have gone with the faucet as well. They were much cheaper then the big box stores.

We have worked with Stone to Go replacing three counter tops over the last few years. Each time has been a great experience. Heather is super accommodating and quick at responding to any questions or concerns. Stone to Go has a great selection of stone to choose from. We did our homework and their prices were by far some of the best, for the quality of product you receive. Install is easy, clean and quick. If you're shopping for a new counter, I can assure you won't be disappointed with the service here.

Had my kitchen counter tops put in, with sink and faucet also from Stone On The Go. I love how they turned out. There was a huge selection to choose from. Heather made this experience very easy and stress-free! She is very professional and easy to deal with. Her installers were quick and efficient. Super affordable and I recommend this place to anyone needing counter tops. I may have to go back and get my bathroom counters done now too.

I purchased a granite bathroom vanity counter top on 29JAN19 and was told it would be finished and ready for pickup or delivery in 3-5 business days.After 3 weeks the vanity top was finally finished and set to be delivered. We had a bad snow storm in Hamilton and the Stone on the Go driver cancelled due to weather. I had already booked my handyman to come by and put my dogs in daycare before I was told the appointment had to be cancelled. Handyman allowed me to cancel but my dogs were put in daycare at a cost of $70 to me.On the next scheduled delivery date I got a call and was advised that the stone had been cut incorrectly and would need to be redone, delaying delivery again.Now 4 weeks removed from when I paid for it the bathroom vanity top was finally set to be delivered on 25FEB19. The delivery people were late 1hr15min beyond the scheduled 12-2pm time frame given when it was delivered. The delivery people did not drill the holes for the faucet, they were to deliver it only, not install it and my invoice from when I paid showed faucet holes. To top it all off my handyman billed me for the 1hr15min he was waiting for the late delivery.The guys had to come back on the weekend to drill the holes. While drilling they rushed through it and cracked the granite (see pictures).The following week the guy coming to fix the cracks came twice, once for an assessment (why this was necessary I don't know) and once to simply apply glue. I was instructed by Stone to Go that they would polish and fill out the crack, not just apply glue.I reached out to Stone on the Go regarding price reduction or replacement. They had already reduced the delivery cost by half because I was out of pocket for my dogs daycare on the first delivery and said they would waive the remaining $56.50 delivery cost.I advised in an email that although I appreciated them waiving the remaining $56.50 from the delivery charge but that it was hardly adequate compensation given my bill from the handyman for the 1hr15min time he sat waiting for their delivery guys was more than that.The quality of the stone was great and in the end I feel that I can live with the cracks behind the faucet because most will not see them. But the bottom line is that I didn't pay for a cracked bathroom vanity top and that is what I have.They did not respond to my last email.

First time working with stone on the go and I will definitely be working with them more in the future. Heather was great to deal with and the installer were awesome. Extremely happy with the result on this Reno and the pricing was very reasonable. Definitely recommend

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!If I could give them 0 stars, I would.They state they level the cabinets to get them as close as possible" by using shims during installation and laser leveling. They state they will tell you of discrepancies with walls and levelness of cabinets before install so they can be corrected. We were told nothing. Only asked where we want the seam.It is all a farce. They simple come in and glue the countertop on top of the cabinets. No shimming or checking to see if it's "as level as possible". They didn't even bring a level when installing. They installed my countertops in less than an hour.The bubble is on the one end of the level and it's "within tolerance". However

Very happy with the counter, this is my first stone top vanity I’ve made, they were one of a few who actually offered to help with their off cuts to make the size we needed including asking all the questions we were inexperienced to ask ourselves(sink and tap holes drilled for us, offering to attach the sink and trim). Heather as far as I’m concerned went above and beyond for a relatively small order. Greatly appreciated!

The Stone on the Go team was such a pleasure to work with! Heather and her team of installers are professional, responsive, and very nice.  We had to work with them on some changes during the process and they were so easy to deal with and came up with great solutions. The final product...GORGEOUS! Our kitchen looks amazing!  I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality stone counter top solutions that are competitively priced. We recently had our quartz counter tops installed by Stone on the go. We had called around several places and often found it difficult to just get a price over the phone per square foot. What I liked about Stone on the go is that they had a low, med, high price ranges nicely displayed on their website which made it more easier to get an idea of product and price range virtually. Once we decided on the product, we sent in a sketch and received a very reasonable quote. Two days later someone came out to measure and within 1 week flat the countertops were installed.
