I came all the way from Peterborough for medical exam and all the doctors were super helpful! Very patient, kind and helpful. They explained all the processes very clearly.

I went in for an ultrasound at Rossland Diagnostic Clinic. It was a great experience, hardly had to wait which was fantastic given that I had to have a full bladder. My technician was Nissa and she was lovely and very empathetic. She walked me through all the steps and was extremely professional. Highly recommend this clinic and Nissa!

I have been here multiple times for ultrasounds and each time is a great experience. The front desk staff are always nice and accommodating. The techs are respectful and friendly. The clinic itself is clean and tidy, I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my appointment. The turn around time for the report to get to my doctor is also really fast.This is a wonderful clinic!

I had my ultrasound with technician- Ave. She was so nice, made sure I was comfortable and she showed me the screen with a few details. It was so re-assuring getting my ultrasound done with her. She took the time needed and even printed a picture for me.

I have visited the clinic multiple times. Great staff, great facilities. What sets them apart is the genuine care and concern for each of their patients. A rare quality in today’s health care system! Wonderful clinic.

The staff at this spot are professional and the standout here was Bruno! What a kind and caring person he took with my mom who needed special care with her pains in her joints. He truly cared about her well being and comfort through all the x-rays. I can’t think him enough for making a challenging day a really easy experience!

Probably the most clean and well lit imaging clinic I’ve ever been to. Staff were kind and polite and did their best to accommodate me even though I was late to my appointment due to the crazy weather . Thank you Rossland Diagnostic and all your staff !

My husband and I attended the Rossland Diagnostic Clinic yesterday Monday 03rd July 2023 as we needed a medical for Visa purposes.From the initial contact booking the appointment, arriving and meeting the receptionists, nurse and doctor, we were completely satisfied with the service.All staff were helpful, considerate and above all compassionate and we would not hesitate to recommend their services to others. Disappointing Experience - Lack of Professionalism and Empathy .the ultrasound technician made an incorrect diagnosis by identifying a healthy pregnancy as an ectopic pregnancy.I recently visited Rossland Ultrasound Clinic for an appointment scheduled at 1:10 pm, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I approached the secretary, it was evident that there was a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Instead of a warm greeting, I was immediately met with a rude attitude, as she claimed I was 10 minutes late. I politely corrected her, stating that my appointment was at 1:10 pm, and I hadn't received any prior calls from the clinic. I even showed her a message on my phone confirming the appointment time, but it was dismissed.Upon meeting the female ultrasound technician, I noticed she seemed annoyed and uninterested. She barely spent three minutes checking the baby, despite my request for an internal ultrasound to address any potential concerns. However, she insisted on waiting until I reached a certain number of weeks. This left me feeling unsettled and unsure about the well-being of my pregnancy.To my dismay, around 20 minutes after leaving the clinic, I received a call from the radiologist. He expressed serious concerns that my pregnancy might be ectopic and urged me to go to the emergency room immediately. Sensing the urgency, I called the clinic back to request the emailed report required by the radiologist. Unfortunately, the same secretary, who was unhelpful and uncooperative, refused to send it, disregarding the critical nature of the situation. Despite explaining the time constraints and the radiologist's instructions, she showed no empathy or willingness to assist. I felt helpless, especially considering the distance I had to travel and the limited time available.Finally, after my husband called and spoke to an elderly lady, the report was emailed, albeit after multiple failed attempts due to typing errors. The report itself indicated the possibility of an ectopic pregnancy and mentioned my refusal for an internal ultrasound. Subsequently, I went to Scarborough General Emergency Hospital, where I had to endure another lengthy wait. Ultimately, I was informed that the ultrasound services were closed for the day, and I needed to return the following day for further examination.Despite my preference to have a female technician due to cultural reasons, I had no choice but to proceed with a male ultrasound technician at the hospital. He explained that, in suspected ectopic pregnancy cases, an internal ultrasound was necessary to confirm the condition, as it could potentially be life-threatening.Moreover, the measurements provided by Rossland Ultrasound Clinic for the baby's age were significantly different from those obtained at the hospital. This discrepancy added to my concerns about the clinic's competence and accuracy.While it was encouraging to see hijabis working at Rossland Ultrasound Clinic, the overall experience left me deeply disappointed. The staff exhibited rudeness, heartlessness, and a complete lack of empathy towards me as a patient and my growing family. As a result, I strongly advise against choosing this clinic if you are expecting and want to have a positive, caring experience. It is clear that they prioritize neither the well-being of your child nor your own as a patient.
