Peaceful Pathways Counselling

My daughter and I signed up for an Art Journalling Workshop. She is artistic. I am not. We both loved it. The format is open and Rebecca is receptive to all skill levels. We were given an encyclopedia to transform into our very own journal in which to be creative. The focus for our workshop was Affirmations and we had multiple tools and mediums to choose from to harness our thoughts and feelings. I loved the sample journal and the permission to just try anything! Leaving with the journal was such a gift and will provide an outlet for us going forward. The venue was also welcoming and fun. This workshop is recommended!
