I asked for a plain caramel apple and when I received it there was granulated sugar all over it, I did not appreciate it and it made no sense to me because why would you put sugar on a caramel apple? I asked if I could get a plain one instead and the 2 workers said that they put sugar on it so that it doesn't stick to the bag. At other locations they put a wax paper in the bag so that it won't stick which makes more sense than sugar, please let customers know that more sugar would be added before they purchase it.- from Miguels' wife, not from Miguel :)

the girl at cash was rude and rolled her eyes at me when i asked a question about the chocolate strawberry’s, they were too expensive so i just went with the overpriced tiger oreo buttercup which was $8, had no peanut butter and was a chunk of chocolate with a oreo in the middle. do not recommend waste of $8 and time.

I am not one to complain but the customer service we received today was absolutely horrendous. There were two workers one of them was upset that we had already been helped and told us “fine then” and walked off. When we went up to the woman working at the counter had nothing but attitude from the start. She tried to look up my phone number and couldn’t find it and in the end we ended up using our friends. She was not impressed by this. After we had paid, instead of handing us our two apples she chose to throw them on the counter where the bottom actually broke of one. I have never been so upset with the customer service put out.

Ordered 3 large cones. Large cone has 3 flavours, so I choose 3 flavours. But a staff gave me just regular cone with one flavour. I told her I ordered large cones so she threw away the cone. Anyway, she made me cone with 3 flavours again, but it was bad experience.

I had a job interview back in Fall 2016. The woman interviewing me asked me rude, invasive questions and made me uncomfortable. I am never going back here again. I hope the management has improved.

They changed their chocolate covered twizzlers to 5 bite size chocolate covered soft liquorice. Payed the same amount for far less quantity and poor quality. Very disappointed.

I had a nice experience with Trinity this evening after a man was causing a scene and being extremely rude. Trinity did a great job and handled the situation well, despite him being rude and aggressive for no logical reason. The caramel apple I was recommended and purchased afterward was delicious! Thank you Trinity!
