I want to commend the Rental City staff for their handling of our short term rental. James, Justin and Jackson were always corteous, and professional. They arranged for us to get all the furniture we needed during our stay in Toronto. They were prompt and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Purchased a TV from here and after a few days it began turning off on its own. After calling the store and explaining the situation they were at my front door with a new replacement within the hour! New TV works perfectly.
