Parrotzville is like heaven on earth for bird lovers; but it’s not just the birds that have an abundance of love to share. The staff & owner had me in tears of joy regarding their knowledge & eagerness to help me! Not only did I purchase a little 5 month old Lovebird Parrot… I became a Parrotzville member with benefits. In also certain, my little one will be in good hands when it’s time to board him on holiday. Thank you Parrotzville. My happiness appreciates you. If you love nature & have a heart to donate, please do. Their work is amazing & priceless.

I love going in and seeing all the beautiful birds. Since my mom passed it cheers me up when I see and talk to them. I even adopted 2 brothers from there and I'm glad I did.

i LOVE this store! never realized this was here until now! i inherited a 20 year old quaker parrot. i wanted to originally find another quaker to keep her company, but was actually given different options i didn’t know i had! the 2 guys in the front were VERY nice & answered mine & my sisters questions throughly. they also gave me well needed advice. you rarely get that type of service or care with places anymore! i trust these people & will definitely come back if i need anything. the store is also very clean & the birds are all super happy.

We had a great experience with everyone while making our visits. Knowledgeable friendly. And most importantly they care about the birds first.

I absolutely love this store! Great people who really pay attention to their parrots and take great care of every single one of them! If you have a parrot that you just can’t keep anymore, bring it to these guys! They run a parrot rescue and are all about finding good long term homes for any parrot that is brought in. I’m currently looking into adopting on of their parrots☺️

I found this gem on accident and could not be more thankful!!! I went in wanting a cockatoo but left with so much more!!! I had so many questions and Ann took her time ( literally every single time I came in) to answer all of my questions and to guide me in the right direction! I did not get a cockatoo, however I did adopt a Green Cheek Conure and could not be happier!!!! I made several visits and spent time bonding with “Cuddles”. All of the staff I talked to was full of information and eager to help with any questions I had. This rescue truly cares about the birds they have in their care. I will be using Parrotzville for all my boarding needs when I do take a vacation!!! Cuddles and my Chicky Nug will be in this summer for some grooming ❤️ Thank you Parrotzville staff for everything! You all are truly amazing.

Amazing rescue! They do beaks, nails, and wings. We travel from Ohio to board our U2 here. If you're coming here to see the birds just keep in mind, they can't touch them and you can't take photos or videos. This isn't a free petting zoo, nor should it be. These birds are either people's pets or need to be taken care of and Parrotsville treats them well.

Such a nice clean store and the people are so nice. They take really good care of all the birds.

I send my greys here for babysitting a few times. The crew are very friendly and helpful.The facility is clean. Every time I come to the store I always see people cleaning here. Such a reliable and trustworthy place. Definitely come back.

We boarded our cockatiel here a lot over the last few years and they’ve always gone out of their way to be helpful. Kiwi is always super happy when he goes in!
