Worst banking experience I've ever had. Lied about our mortgage and put us in a product we did not want (but made them $$) and, when I offered to meet them in the middle, they promptly tried to push me into another product that made them even more money while screwing me over. I'm in the process of ghosting this greedy and incompetent Credit Union.

We had a 2;00 appointment today set by a manager at CC regarding a new mortgage.When we arrived they had absolutely no idea who we were. No info at all. The person we were to see never came to work today.Really bad first impression! This is our life's savings. A mortgage! Not a bottle depot!

Worst service staff has no knowledge about their services. They won’t release funds on Bank Draft even draft comes with receipt from Bank it was made from. Would recommend to deal with other banks.

You need to clean your ATM regularly. It’s very disgusting, looks like the ATM had too many drinks over the weekend it puked.Please clean the machines to prevent covid from spreading.

Went to deposit money and it took me an hour because they couldn't count the money properly. First time they counted they missed one thousand dollars... they need to be trained better.

Don't go here if you want personal service. Ive tried at least 4 times.I stood in line for 15 minutes, one teller helping a customer and another on the phone. Two wickets empty. Or its tellers helping another teller and both of them aren't helping customers. It's always something. Faster if you can use it going to the machine. What a pain transferring all my stuff over to another bank but i think ive had enough of these guys.

Angela was my teller and she is super helpful and pleasant to work with.

They have an ultra friendly staff that actually makes an effort to learn your name and everyone is very friendly. However, they only have a handful of tellers working each day, so be prepared for long wait times if you need to see a teller. This location is closed on Sundays which makes bank transactions a little more difficult. It was recommended to use the online banking as much as possible until the credit union recently switched over to a new online banking system is actually worse than the previous system.

Worst bank I’ve ever been with. Switching banks this week. The tipping point was getting locked out of online banking again and when I phoned to confirm they were open a voicemail confirmed that the branches were open for the next few hours before the long weekend starts. So I leave work early to make it on time to get there with the doors closed and no one there

Between the lack of customer service from our business representative (Jeff Tetlow) at Coast Capital Savings I am extremely disappointed with CCS. I have been attempting to resolve an issue with Global Payments via asking for some assistance from CCS with no luck. This issue dates back to 2017 and we are being overcharged and no one seems to care at all. Between the lack of service and how often your online web services gets hacked or is down for maintenance I would not recommend anyone bank with your organization due to the lack of trust shown. If someone wants to reach out to assistant me I would appreciate a response in the form of a call from a branch manager.
