Isotope is awesome!

Purchased from Isotope directly, online through Best Buy. I eventually received my purchase which wa shipped to Canada Post FlexDelivery at my local post office. Isotope did not provide a tracking number, and said that their delivery service does not provide tracking. However, it was shipped via Canada Post and there was a tracking number on the package when it finally arrived. It was due to be returned, and I only received it because I continued to bother my post office, which insisted it could do nothing without a tracking number.I found their customer service to be dismissive and uninformed about their shipping. While they may be a fine distributor, I do not recommend individuals direct buy items from Isotope.Excellent quality product, however.
