The customer service here was medium to poor. The lady helping us was helpful with trying dresses on and picking out the right size.However, she didn't consider the style the bride to be was looking for and continued to bring options she liked rather than what we liked.Also she was quite opinionated about the need to have dresses altered to suit what the bride wanted.The experience at this store likely depends on who is helping you! This would not be my first choice of bridal dress shops in the future.

This shop is absolutely amazing!! The ladies were so kind and helpful, they have dresses for all shapes and sizes (plus size included)! I couldn't recommend them more!

I would not recommend going here for a wedding dress. Even though you book an appointment, you still have to pick out your own dresses, zip them up yourself, and then they don't even clip them when they are too big. A consultant should be there to pick out wedding dresses for you because they know what dresses they have and which fit in a certain price range.

Pre-covid my BFF took the bridesmaids here to find dresses. The other 3 girls were under size 8, and I was told I was a perfect sample size 14. I was thrilled and asked to purchase that sample dress, to which I was told no.Fast forward to getting the dress, I went in to try it on and it was huge! It was an 18 and I was told I wouldn't have enough time to reorder. They told me I would have to get in altered in house, they wouldn't even give me the dress I paid for. At the end of everything I ended up paying a couple hundred more for the dress than the $200 it was supposed to be and they charged me for ordering a plus size" even though they made the mistake. The first alterations I had done the stitching was crooked and puckering on the fabricMy mother even had it out with the owner. Absolutely worst experience! Scam

I bought my wedding dress here for my 2017 wedding and had a great experience with both purchase and alterations. However, it was May which isn’t really peak season. I ordered a bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding in August 2018 because my first experience was good. The dress was ordered correctly and came in good time. However, the alteration experience was terrible this time around. The staff was scrambling around each time I was in there. Things seem very unorganized and they appear to be struggling to meet their deadlines. I had to go to three fittings prior to the pick up date over a span of weeks only to have my dress ready 10 minutes before close on the final day I had to pick it up before the wedding. I waited around for an hour that day to make sure it was done. Quality of the alterations this time around was just ok. I am guessing quality suffered because of all the rushing around. I will not be returning here for alterations, especially in peak season. The alterations are also on the pricey side so I would expect better, more reliable, service.

Pretty good experience finding a plus size dress at the last minute. Nice and efficient staff. They finished my alterations ahead of time even though I picked my dress off the rack two weeks before our wedding! It was a Dessy Group dress with no structure which is why they were able to do the alterations so quickly. I have two grievances which is why I'm giving 3 stars. First grievance is I specifically asked for the belt I bought to stay separate from the dress. It was a very expensive belt and I wanted to be able to use it for my second dress, then possibly sell. The threads holding the belt onto the dress were also very loose and so the sides of the belt fell off within the first hour of wearing the dress. It was very noticeable so I had to position my arms to hide it for our photographer the rest of the day. My second grievance is the total price. It is a nice dress but it is not worth the price we paid from buying it, taking it in, and adding the very thin belt. My original dress was a lot more glamorous (mermaid style, corset) but I unfortunately couldn't wear it due to being post surgery. Thankfully I had a huge custom cathedral veil, huge bouquet, and other props that made the one I wore a lot less basic. I find it odd that the two dresses were just a couple hundred apart in total price. My cathedral veil was made from my mom's wedding dress by a different seamstress, complete altered, a ton of beading added among other things. The alterations for the dress I wore cost MORE than what I paid for the veil alterations. All they had to do was take it in and shorten it. I'm very happy I found a dress and I think I looked amazing! I just found those two things weird.

Horrible experience! I would never recommend this shop to anyone. The alterations were far over priced and were not done when they said they would be. Also pretty sloppy. The cups that were added are 10 dollar cups and they are lop sided, plus I had to pay 50 extra dollars for them even though I didn’t need them or want them. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

I had made an appointment one month is advance. When my friend and I arrived for the one o'clock appointment the door was locked. I was about to call when a lady opened the door. She asked if I had an appointment and I said yes. She said oh well I have another bride here right now." I was shocked and said so then I don't appointment? She said well we are short staffed but come in. Once inside I was looking for dresses and asked her where I could put the ones I wanted to try one. She said just carry them around with you. That alone was annoying trying to drag around an arm full of dresses. Once I got back into the waiting room the lady was too busy helping the other bride. My friend had to help me in and out of all my dresses. Thank goodness this was my second appointment of the day and had a much much better experience at the 1st wedding store. I definitely will never come back here or recommend this place to anyone."

The owner was extremely helpful, I was in there all alone after I booked an appointment and tried on probably 20 dresses. Was given loads of advice and I’m so excited to pick up my dress for grad :)
