I came by today for my weekly shop and was treated with great courtesy and respect. The 2 young men at checkout took great care to check out my large cart full of items and pack the bags to balance weight...super service for this senior shopper. See you next week !

My experience today was amazing. I was dealing with a touchy subject that could have went wrong but instead, I was treated quite fairly! I was a little nervous considering it’s a chain store, however the manager was exceptionally helpful and caring, listened to my situation and accommodated me! Appreciated that I was a Chatham resident shopping in Chatham. I can’t say enough good things about today and every time I shop there. The store is clean and well kept and the staff are friendly all around. Thanks!!

Went for COVID booster. Had a sceduled appointment. Person who actually gave the injection was pleasant but other staff member at pharmacy was very rude and lacked customer service skills. Overall not a good experience.

By fare the best experience I’ve ever had at Shoppers Drug Mart. This store has come a long way in the last year. The new manager knows what he’s doing. The store is always fully stocked, the staff are happy and the pharmacy is on point. It’s always nice to walk into a store and feel welcomed and greeted. Thanks shoppers st Clair team!!! Way to go!

I called to get customer service. Immediately I was bombarded with a voice recording about shots. Stop it with the kill shots people are dying. I hung up...don't want to deal with these death pushers
