He was very professional and did a wonderful job! It looks fantastic! Salvaged a very ruined pair of shoes. He also helped fix the heel and added cushion front of the shoe since it was damaged.

By far the most professional shoe repair shop I have been to in my life. The gentlemen was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a proper servicing. 5 stars!!!

Work is great! Breathed new life to my 5 year-old pair of oxfords. Done a heel, sole and insole replacements. Really looks almost like a new pair now!!Only downside is price: it's on the expensive side compared to other shops (140 for heel and sole replacement).Note: prices on the website is not right.

Excellent quality and service! It became my only shoes care store after my first visit. The shoe sole protector he did for my Alexander Wang boots and Gucci slipper was really good. The owner is always nice instead of what those fake reviews said. I was very shock when I heard him saying someone keeps putting bad comments under the google review. Stuff like “the owner is rude” “he ruined my shoes” and “it took 5 days to fix it” are definitely not true. The owner guy always tries to get it done before you need it. Every time I got my shoes back on the next day. To be honest, the price is not cheap but it’s definitely worth it and reasonable in terms of quality and the materials he uses. Designers' leather shoes are not cheap, the sole protector he added makes them last so much longer. I’ll definitely recommend this store to all my friends.

Excellent, quality service & his prices are very reasonable, much less than where I used to go.I came 4 times in the last month....I live about 40 minutes away & worth my drive. I am very pleased with his work in repairing some very sentimental items I have. He not only repairs shoes, but he repaired my purse & a coat for me. He stands behind his work, great customer service & I highly recommend Vahid from Professional Shoe & Leather Care.

Excellent service and indeed very best price, i got my knee high boots and he added a protection sole to it like a charm, i have never seen such amazing and clean job ever. ON TOP of all, he provided very quick service. I will be coming back for so much more. Best shoe repair in town!

Secend time visiting this place and i have to say that im glad to find a good shoe repair in area . I have an umberella and i didnt know how to repair it and it was in my car for a while . I went to vahid to fix my shoes and i just thought to ask him if he knows anyone to do that. He said let me see it if i can help you with that . I bring the umberlla in from my car and he told me to leave me for him to repair it. It was just 2 hourse later i recived the call from him that my shoes and imberela is ready . I was very exited to see my umberella more than my shoes as it was a memory from spain . When i just saw the umberella i was amazed by his job . He didnan amazing jib on y umberella and hi made some custome part with wood for it to make it work properly . Thats was the best service ever i could . This guy has a really majic hand and he just can do anything . Very handy man . I really appriciate to save my unberella and he just charged me 15$ for it .Thanx vahid and ofcourse i will come back for more stuff again .

I had my Soccer shoes repaired here and I couldn't be happier! My shoes were ready the next day all fixed professionally and polished looking like a new pair of shoes. Vahid is a pleasant young man with great sense of customer service. I recommend him to all my friends.

this guy is passionate about shoes! worked in iran since the age of 8 and loves what he does. he knows his stuff. for $25 he shined my shoes by hand to perfection. another place used a machine and he said based on the colour, leather, etc, he did not want to do that. take a look!!

If you have designer shoes and love them. Do not bring hereI took my 9 pairs for new soles and heels someone told me about it. The guy called me on the day they were supposed to be completed and asked for an extension because he was having difficulty. No big deal, I thought. He committed to a date the following week. I picked them up and all I can say is that my favorite pair of shoes were ruined. The heels are too tall. The soles are too thin and uneven. The heels have glue run-out and open gaps where there is no glue. The soles appear to have been completely butchered.he guy didn't have enough experience to know as much. I could overlook all this if it weren't for the most obvious error: he used the wrong color of buffing compound on the leather. My shoes that were originally a beautiful light tan color are now an ugly medium brown.When I dropped them off it would be $85 per pair.If I had known they would butcher the job so badly I would have worn them until sole was completely worn out. The only question now is how long it will be until I drop them off at Goodwill so I can forget I made such a horrible decision to trust them to do a good job.
