Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I will NOT be using this branch or company in the future. I brought two samples of a paint that was discontinued and depended on their expert opinion to help me. The staff were helpful, but I was completely trusting their expertise. The paint they sold me was not quite the right colour, which could probably have been adjusted, and it cost me $50. However, when I began painting it was clear that I had the entirely wrong paint. It was much shinnier than the sample I gave them. I was certain they would help correct this error. Instead I was told it was my fault and that my only option was to now buy a gallon of paint for another$100 to correct their error. I do not consider this good customer service or relations. They have lost my business and I will not be recommending their services to my friends and family. For their prices I hoped for much more!

Prices were a little high but still very competitive

It is not often that an employee offers the level of customer service that Josué K. Amirali gave us in our recent visit to SW. He took the time and effort to patiently give good responses to all our questions. He should be commended for making a big effort to explain everything about our paint choice in English, where we met stepped in and switched to his when a clarification was needed.He gave us the best value for our money but informed us about other paint products that could suit our needs in the future.This a model employee who took good care of his customers with courteous efficient service and deserves to be noted for his efforts above and beyond.I hope Sherwin Williams and his store manager realize the potential and value he brings to your company.

Good service, they everything you need to paint by yourself and the aaccessories are tye same price than other stores

If you are a CAA member buying quality paint is cheap. Either way, I always buy my paint here. Very helpful staff.
