I went to the store the other day, had a great experience with Lisa, she was very helpful! I will be definitely going back thanks to my experience with her

I got the charcoal skull candle as a gift from my boyfriend and fell in love with the ring. A few days after wearing we noticed my finger was turning green which is strange because the website says it's 925 sterling silver. I have lots of other silver jewelry that I wear almost daily while others daily so I know it's not allergies. It's disappointing because he bought it knowing I'd love it and be able to wear it daily just for it to not be fully silver.

I have been a long term Charmed aroma customer and the Mapleview mall store used to be my favourite spot to shop. But since they moved locations to a bigger store they don’t seem to get all the item that the other stores do like whipped soap or the lotions. Also that staff at the new store don’t seem to know as much and the one girl that helps me takes WAY to long to do the little sales pitch thing at the front of the store. (Hi welcome to charmed aroma today we’re having a sale on etc….;) the whole time while I’m shopping she is still introducing the stores sales. Seems better training and more stock at this location would be better. It also doesn’t seem to match the rest of the stores appearance (you know how u walk into a McDonald’s anywhere and they all look the same, this one doesn’t) I will be shopping at the limeridge location for the most part and just pop in to smell scents at Mapleview before ordering online.

Horrible customer service. I went in today and the girl working never even acknowledged me or looked at me. I just wanted a simple answer to my question. She was cashing someone out so I waited at the counter and still no eye contact. So I walked out with no purchase

I’ve had a few candles gifted to me before and I noticed that the smell isn’t strong. Can only smell it if you’re close to the candle.

Had a lovely shopping experience here yesterday. The store is bright and fragrant, has great stock and the employee was extremely helpful. 10/10

I have only been in the store twice but the Mapleview Mall girls are absolutely awesome!They are patient when I’ve had questions, they are excited about the products they are selling and always have something to suggest.The store is beautiful and kept meticulously clean, almost to the point you are afraid to touch things.I highly recommend visiting this location and checking out what they have!!

I have tried to go to this store three times in the last 3 weeks and it is always closed. I have tried it all different times of day and there is always a sign on the door that says be back in 30 minutes
