We used Gold Coast real estate with Andrew Snell as our agent to sell our home in Simcoe June 2020. We met Andrew a year earlier while purchasing a new townhome. We told him we would be selling our present home privately and he politely said to keep him in mind and that he would not badger us about listing with him. He was a man of his word. We conditionally sold our home privately in 2 days.......then Covid 19 hit and our buyers could not sell their home to complete the deal. Andrew had helped us along the way with pointers and even gave us a ballpark figure to ask for our home BEFORE listing privately. Well needless to say we needed Andrew to list our home because our move in date for our new place was fast approaching.
