They are great! Deliveries are always on time, the veggies are fresh and delicious, and the recipe cards are a big help. My girlfriend and I are able to make it through a family size bag each week, but it still works out to the same amount we would be spending at the grocery store. Customer support is always quick. Anytime I have had any questions Chen has gotten back to me right away!Thanks!

I don't know how we would live without Fresh City Farms. The quality and variety of fruits and veggies is amazing. I love that recipes come with each bag and it encourages my family to try new things. I also love the website and how you can add different items to your pantry like coffee, muffin mixes, jams etc. This is definitely the one-stop-shop for those who want to support local and organic!!

I am on week 2 of daily dinners and both my husband and I are sold. The portions are great, delivery is great (as are their bags/ice packs) and the customer service is incredible.I noticed the sauce/spice aspect being a deal breaker for someone, I can't say I feel the same. The right amount of sauce and tons of flavor. For organic, fresh food - the price is right.

When I first decided to get a veggie subscription, I researched several different options. It's been a year and a half now and I'm so happy I chose Fresh City Farms. They've been consistently great and they keep getting better! Their website is more convenient than any others I've seen – you can request delivery holds, replace certain items you don't like with ones you do, and add on a whole bunch of products – all instantly, without waiting for someone to get back to you. The prices are comparable to my local stores, and most importantly, the produce is delicious and has made me a way more adventurous cook. Thanks guys!

Fresh City Farms is amazing. I usually pay more for organic, local, wild, quality food but fresh city is very reasonably priced and their sustainable practices make you feel good about your choice. I never waste anything because the meal kits give you exactly what you need for the recipe, as opposed to buying at the grocery store and what you don't use for the meal ends up going bad in your fridge. Plus the meals are amazing. I hope they come out with more great meal kit options.

So easy to shop the website, auto checkout is amazing. There was so much to choose from. Something for everyone really. Was updated by email about when my delivery would come. And again when it arrived. Highly recommend Fresh City!

We decided to order a fruit and veggie bag every week from Fresh city farms. We are amazed at the customer service along with how easy it was to pick up our bag. They have multiple options of bags you can choose from when ordering as well as the duration of when you receive it.It was fairly simple, you join online and have a look at what fruit and veggie bag you would like to purchase on a weekly basis. They let you know what veggies and fruit will be in your bag and should you want to get rid of a veggie or fruit you may not like, you can put it on your substitution list (a maximum of 6). Another plus is that you can customize your bag for free, which other services do not offer.You can also choose if you would like your bag delivered or if you would like to pick it up. We opted for pick up where they have a lot of locations that are convenient for you. The customer service was great and they were quick with obtaining our veggie and fruit bag.We were impressed with all the organic veggies and fruit in our bag. The shopping bag is insulated and they also provide a flyer attached with any specials and some recipes. We are pleasantly surprised that is a quick and painless service and we will be using this service going forward.

After I had issues trying to call the Fresh City locations, customer service got in touch with me to reply to my previous (3-star) review and apologize and took the time to listen to my feedback. The Wagyu beef from HF is outstandingly delicious, reliably fresh and competitively priced, and I will continue to order from them. Nothing beats good customer service. Thank you Hector.

I've received produce delivery from Fresh City Farms many times in the last year. I have been continually impressed with the freshness of the produce and it is all so delicious! I love that they provide recipe ideas with each delivery too. Customer service with Fresh City Farms is amazing and they are a pleasure to talk to. If you are looking for an organic produce delivery service that gives you quality and good value, you've definitely found them here!

Used to love their delivery service but I feel quality has gone downhill a bit in terms of consistency and quality. Exorbitant prices considering how often items delivered are already rotting/off/expired. I do appreciate their fair refund policy in light of this but I wish it wasn't necessary to use so frequently.They are oddly the only produce delivery service that never delivers directly to my door and does unsupervised drops instead.Definitely understand food chain supply issues in the last few years; this is all in comparison to similar services in the city. Imo there are better alternatives and I won't be renewing my membership here.
