Great place to try before you buy fresh roasted coffee. They also sell machines and supplies with an associated repair depot about 15 minutes away. Friendly service and knowledgeable staff. Not always the fasted place as they take the time to make sure each customer gets what they need. Bear in mind you may need to be patient and wait.

It was impossible to find a Rubber Gasket for my special moka pot, but they had the original replacements! I was about to give up and buy it online 2x the price. Nice staff :)

Went there to look for an espresso machine and was met with the most condescending salesperson I’ve ever encountered. She had a bad attitude…it felt like helping us was the last thing she wanted to be doing. We left, went down the road to Mali Espresso and dropped $2k on a beautiful machine.

Very good service and knowledgable staff if you’re looking to get parts or a repair for your espresso machine. They make a good coffee as well. I find the price for their beans a bit high considering it’s local and not organic or fair-trade that I know of. If you shop around there are much better deals on freshly roasted coffee in the city.

Bought a gaggia classic pro here a couple of weeks ago. Competively priced, free coffee and a backflush basket with plenty of care advice. Easy pick over Amazon.

I've loved Cafe Union for many many years, great coffee, but this review is solely for their cleaning" service. I brought my Rancilio Silvia (which I bought from them) in for a cleaning and servicing. Nothing wrong with it
