Andrew is a true professional at what he does. He explained everything to me in great detail and delivered on everything he said he would do. Andrew pays attention to all the little details and does not leave the job site until he is 100% complete.It was a pleasure dealing with Andrew and his crew.I would certainly not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking an irrigation system.

We found Andy and his company THE IRRIGATION PRO, through a websearch for our area. We sought out ~ 6 quotes from various companies and decided on Andy based on his thorough knowledge of all types of systems and components.We had special needs, as we have a rocky yard on Georgian Bay and we wanted to use lake water as source for some of our watering zones. Andy was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of irrigation (water sources, irrigation zones, types of irrigation heads etc) giving us total confidence in the system he proposed (there were several other companies that did not even use lake water as a source of irrigation). His crew was efficient, professional and open to questions and modifications at all times. He was willing to troubleshoot to find the ideal sprinkler head for an area.His goal is to ensure there is nothing you have to water in your yard. He installed a pump at the lakefront in a small wooden shed we had built, and this pump included a separate faucet for a hose. We had one area that was inaccessible to the lake water because of a sidewalk we didn't want to take up, and he connected that small area separately to the City water.Andy came back several times to make adjustments to our system to ensure coverage, and to review the system so we were happy with all aspects of it, including its operation both using the controller or remote operation. Andy and his team were always approachable, friendly and knowledgeable.The Irrigation Pro is a top notch company, and we have absolutely no reservations in recommending them for all your irrigation needs.(We have included pictures of the small waterfront shed we had made, based on Andy's specs, as well as the set-up for the small area that couldn't be accessed by lake water).

He explained the products he uses, the installation process, and the details of the quote. He and his crew were amazing during installation. My four year old daughter was asking non stop questions and they were so pleasant and answered every question with kindness and patience. Such nice people! They were efficient and you would never have known they were even here - there was no damage to the yard at all. It was amazing. Andrew set up the controls and showed both myself and my husband how to operate it, program it, change it, etc. He also contacted us after to ensure everything was functioning properly and came to tweak the heads if needed. We are very impressed with the level of service and workmanship. We have referred him to friends, family and neighbours! Our lawn looks AMAZING!

I work as a member of Andy's team at the irrigation pro and have to say this is the best job I have ever had. Andy is an incredibly knowledgeable guy when it come to irrigation and landscaping. He designs the best system for his customers and delivers the best service while never cutting corners. As a member of the team we work together tightly to install our systems as efficiently as possible. Andy is not just the boss but the hardest worker on the crew, as well as an excellent teacher who knows how to explain his work and ideas clearly to the crew and customers. We are a great team with a great work ethic ready to put in the work to deliver amazing systems every time!

Out of all the companies, Andy showed the best vibe, knowledge and can do attitude! He had a great thought out plan, achieved it with no issues and adjusted everything for a perfect spray pattern. He explained the difference between all his systems, which helped me make my own discussion. Irrigation pro has passion for what they do, wouldn't have changed anything. Lawn looks better every week, watching the sprinklers run is something special. Will have my own putting range in no time!!

Andy at The Irrigation Pro has been an amazing service. Every year I have had him come to tweak my system and add heads to get even better coverage around new gardens and landscaping changes.
