Vibes are absolutely awful in this place. Lighting in the units is like a call centre.By the way, I was in a 1 bedroom at 1160 a month. Watch them start charging 1500 for a one bedroom.EDIT: Posting with my name so you can verify I lived there :)

ExecSuite was the perfect place to stay while my belongings were in storage as I was searching for a new condo.What started out as a stressful transitional period, turned into a wonderful experience.Taking advantage of the downtown Eau Claire location had me walking everyday, discovering all the great restaurants, grocery stores in-every direction, and all the fun spots. I saw a totally fresh view of Calgary. This location is GREAT!I had a fully furnished suite furnished so nicely...with leather furniture, accessorized smartly, fully stocked Kitchenette, a mattress that was like sleeping on a cloud-with bedding so comfy, I was hoping to purchase to dress my bed at home, (and I loved the comfy bathrobe.) My suite was quiet ,cozy, I felt totally at home.The front desk staff were extremely efficient, pleasant , and accommodating.The hallways and common areas are so warm...with crown molding, tasteful artwork, and always spotless.The laundry room with front load washers and dryers are free for all tenants and also kept so nice and clean.What was to be a one month stay turned into three and I must say, I was sad to leave.I would stay at ExecSuite again in a second, and would absolutely recommend to everyone!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I have lived here for about a year and I love the management, location, room quality, and everything. This is a calm and quiet place which is the best option for students and professionals. I am happily renewing my lease and looking forward to another year of living here.

I signed a year lease during Covid and received great service. Every issue was addressed immediately and solutions provided. The property was always spotless from the units themselves to the painting of hallways and carpet cleaning. This stay for me was a 10 out of 10! Thanks again Cat for your great service.

Excellent!! 5 stars!! Everything was simply amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, very clean. We received a gift basket filled with coffee, tea, crackers, cookies and other goodies.Our king size bed was so comfortable. Wish I could have taken it home with me. Walking distance to coffee shop, restaurants and a beautiful park. Preparing meals is our suite was much more economical than eating out every night. Laundry facilities right in our room was wonderful. The view from our balcony was amazing. We will definitely stay here again. We recommend ExecSuite to anyone staying in Calgary. We were made to feel that this was our home away from home. If I could give more stars, I definitely would.

Lived here for almost 2 years. Very safe and clean, there is always a cleaning lady tidying up. Never a single house less person strolling outside. Management man is very nice.The heat does not go hot enough and the laundry room has stupid hours. They yell at you if you dare lift weights above 15lbs in the gym.

I've been contacted by their agent Karen A. Bartley and when we were booking the viewing of their appt I asked if Monday 6p.m. is fine and she just disappeared. No confirmation, no answer. So I needed to contact her at the day of viewing asking if I have this viewing or not. So she's like yeah you have a meeting with Bill and you should come at the tower and buzz. She didn't give me any phone numbers and the address she gave was 105 - 702 - 3 Ave SW. So I went to the building Google maps showed me, asked the guard and he said that it's not the right address. He tried to help me to find an address and we couldn't. So I called Karen, voicemail, left my name, number, problem. I didn't get call back or email, never. I called to the head office 3 days after. So I found out that 105 it's the unit number and when I asked Maybe she should've write that it's a unit number?" I got an answer "Well that's typical adress for Calgary". When I said that guard was trying to help me and we both didn't manage to find out what is their address

My wife and I stayed at the ExecSuite Tower for almost two months and our experience was excellent. The staff were professional, friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. It is a prime downtown location to access stores and restaurants, and the building is close to the beautiful Prince's Island Park. I would highly recommend staying at ExecSuite over hotels/AirBnBs for short- or long-term accommodations.

I was there because my condominium was flooded.Caty was very good in communication. I wish if I had moved there permanently. Unfortunately a little expensive for my budget for 2 bedrooms.The building is neat and clean, good maintenance.

This little gem of a place is 10 stars! The staff, the building all add up to excellence. Beautiful units, decorated well, all different and comfortable. Very clean! I miss my home away from home!
