My delivery man went above and beyond. When he found my inside door closed, he left my package between the screen door and front door. Then he called me to tell me it was there. It was very appreciated, especially because there has been a porch pirate following the delivery trucks for the last couple of weeks.

I have always been happy with the delivery, very good system of tracking, from the time they pick up the parcel, date of delivery and even inform delivery is on the way within certain time period and name of the deliveryman.Delivery is always in time.

Had a package for pickup. Cleared my whole day, sat home and the driver didn't show. Called and spoke to a rude service person. He said the driver showed up and couldn't get in. I would hope not, who comes in someone's home? I was told there is a picture of my home, I asked for him to send it to me. It's not even my house. Now I have to waste another day waiting. I hung up, called back and got an agent who helped me deal with this. Giving a one star because of the driver not showing up and the very rude first agent

I appreciate the efficiency, punctuality and care that Intelcom drivers perform. My latest delivery was earlier than anticipated, put between two doors to ensure the product wouldn't get wet with the rain and rang the door bell to ensure that I was made aware instantly. Thank you Intelcom !!!!!!!!!!! And your drivers.....

In the past month, Intelcom Saint John has lost 2 different packages. Totaling $170. I'm recommending to Amazon and Ebay not to use them anymore. Their incompetence is mind blowing. Now I have to call my credit card company again.

From my experience with this courier i have nothing bad to say at all, they always seem too deliver rather quickly without a hitch. Unlike Bonshow these guys and gals do a reliable professional job. That is all five star! Don't lose it.

If you do not check you email before they deliver, well they just seem to throw it in the driveway, for everyone to see. They not only cant seem to find my front door, on several occasions the have caused property damage. Put ruts in my lawn, ran into my retaining wall, not sure what kinda stupid that was.When you reach out all they seem to say is oh we are sorry"They are horrible at the profession they have chosen.They do not care that your packages are left in plain sight for anyone to help themselves to

Really bad service from this delivery service has they are not doing any corrective actions with their delivery persons.07/07/2023 - Received an email at 5:44am confirming my delivery instructions. My package was delivered at 12:43pm and left in the entrance of my apartment building not at my front door as per instructions.

Have been receiving packages from them for well over a year. The packages are always on time and in good condition. I have no complaints about them at all. The drivers are also very nice and friendly.
