bad experience with a shelf. a rectangular shelf made of stainless steel . The guy at the counter sounds like he knows what hes talking about yet doesn't hear the words coming out of your mouth and didn't write any detail to what I requested. so of course it was a waste of money and time dealing with them. I hope this guy learns to treat younger contractors with respect and professionalism. never had something so simple fail so bad.

Ended up getting a quote with Pierre. I was told they can do it. Send an email with CLEAR instructions and 2 diagrams. Not a difficult job as it is literally 4 holes in some tubing and that is it. Pierre does not read the email and calls me to say he's been drilling into every piece I have when I did not request that. I correct him, confirm the order for the THIRD time. I show up when it is ready to find out there are 8 holes in the pieces I requested... Not 4.... I was still charged for the 20+ holes they quoted. 2 pieces are unusable. Pierre was rude when I showed up for some reason. Go literally anywhere else.

They do nice work but they are horrible at quoting jobs. I have sent them multiple shop drawings and never gotten a reply I've had to call to inquire about why I never get replies, only to be told we are very busy and should have time to take a look at your drawings in the next fews days.Also their estimator loads / unloads trucks and answers the phone etc etcThey need a full time estimator that doesn't have 5 other job functions and can focus on sending out bids.I sent them a quote request 3 weeks ago now and haven't received a acknowledgement or reply.
