First Choice Haircutters

I went before lady was really nice, did my hair just how I liked it. Went back again it was a younger blonde girl, and a girl with short brow hair. It was 3:45 they had no costumers, in the store, it was raining, I got in for my appointment and get turned away because they blonde lady said “the brown hair lady is going home because she has other priorities” and the blonde haired girl said she couldn’t do my hair because of the lighting???! Which totally confused me and then said she can’t really do it by herself, okay that’s understandable but then said to me to come in on Monday but she will be by herself so might need to help other customers. So I’m not understanding why she couldnt do my hair today, i just think she didn’t wanna dye hair. They are open till 7 there’s no reason to be turning away an hour service at 3:45? Because of rain.*update* the manger has reached out to me about my review, touched base with me about the situation, she was very professional,kind and apologized about that situation. I believe her name was carol ann and she’s actually the lady that did my hair the first time, I suggest if you’d like to book a hair appointment book with her she’s amazing and handled the situation great.

Awful attitude from the staff inside. I know I hate my cut and will now never go to a first choice again. I had to even out my mother's cut because sections were left longer. Spend your money elsewhere

My dad got his hair cut there this morning and we ended up having to go to another place to fix it. He had hair halfway down his back and the lady just put it in a ponytail and then cut it off in two different lengths - she then showed him the back with a mirror and it was so choppy and terrible. Do not recommend!Sidenote - yes I realize he can return within 7 days, but after that hackjob he will definitely not be returning.Obviously he's not going to come back, you guys literally just cut off his ponytail and did nothing else showed him the back using a mirror and then that was that. And to boot you charged him $30 to cut off a ponytail. He already went and had it fixed, elsewhere as after the first experience why would he want to return to have it fixed by a place that obviously didn't do it properly in the first place

Too expensive. Not very good haircuts. With these prices I might as well just go to a barber.The only draw to first choice was that they were cheap, but now they don't even have that. Will take my business elsewhere

Today, after three months of my hair growing so thick. I was very thankful to find a date to finally have my hair-cut. I had Alicia today, and let me tell you. What a wonderful and welcoming stylist. I felt so comfortable, stepping outside of my comfort zone and to be honest. I wish my hair was long again, just to have my hair cut again by Alicia.They sanitized everything, everyone was wearing masks and keeping the front door secure. I honestly felt so safe. I highly recommend visiting, calling and booking an appointment here.

So badly i need to give the review to this hair dressing salon i went over there with full of my confidence that i will be getting good haircut and shaping up my beard but i just got bad experience from them the female dresser who was doing it was like not experienced one she got me terrible look with uneven shape of my beard even after i have shown here both the looks in my phone and it’s not worthy with this much cost.Its useless to go please it's personal review don't go to that salon.

I got my daughter’s haircut here on Saturday. I went back today to have it fixed because after brushing it out I noticed a piece wasn’t cut (although the whole back was uneven). The hairdresser tried to tell me that this was just the way my daughter‘s hair was. We won’t be going back

If you're looking for great braid work and outstanding customer service, then definitely go see Alicia at first choice on ontario road. She has been my go to girl for some time now and I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!
