Buyer beware is all I can say about purchasing furniture at Seidels! In December 2021, I purchased an Ashley recliner sofa and within 6 months the left side cushion was 5 lower and the right side seat cushion was leaning to the right. I came up to Elliott Lake with nothing. We had suffered a total loss fire. Devastating. Due to circumstances beyond our control we could not rebuild on our land so we decided to come up here 6 hours away. It has been the best experience ever and I was dreading it.Starting over for seniors can be overwhelming and my anxiety level has been through the roof. But the staff at Seidels has been great. From Mr Seidel, owner and Meryl, manager and Kathy, sales Eric, sales ,Shane and Bryan driver/delivery. It has been such a great experience. No one is pushy or forceful and everyone works together. I am so impressed. Also I purchased a lot of beautiful great quality furnishings and delivery was so swift and set up great.They stand behind their products too. I will continue my new relationship with the Seidel family and would highly recommend to you.
