Imperial Street Auto Repair and Detailing
Came in with an engine light on. Engine light was fixed but they told me I had to change a transmission module, which would cost me upwards of $1,200.00. I decided to get a second opinion somewhere else nearby and nothing was wrong with my car. Have been riding it for 6 months now without issues. Decided to wait before making this review to be 100% sure it was a scam.There are several other auto shops in this area, do not waste your time (and money) going to this place. Also, not very good customer service.

Good service,Having my car serviced here for the last 8 years. They are working fast and well. Reasonably priced. Honest when it comes to telling you what works needs to be done and what could wait a little.Overall I am super satisfied.

Imperial Street Auto Repair and Detailing
The garage was very easy to deal with, booked my appointment the same day and returned the report in about 3 hours after I first contacted them.The report was thorough and staff took the time to go through it with me explaining what each item meant from a cost and running stand point. They even took the time to discuss similar vehicles I was looking at and the relative pros and cons. Overall I feel very happy with the service and would recommend.

I love this place. I have been going here for 1.5 years, and they make you feel comfortable and are very reasonable with their prices. Dave the owner not only helps me with my car but life as well. I have the most respect for Dave. Everytime he sees me, he always says hi and asks me how I'm doing. He makes me smile; the guys in the back are great, and Elizabeth's in the office is so smart in explaining everything to me. I don't have any problems with a smart female explaining to me my car troubles she knows a he'll of alot On cars and she's pretty

I went to this place for an oil change I found the experience very good in the very positive way the owner was really nice ended up getting a really good deal on an oil change I definitely will be back recommend checking this place out for any mechanical problems you may have or any car detailing once again great place great experience definitely will be back

Don't go there or who knows what will happened.Went today for oil exchange, they told me that they put 2 qty extra oil over 5 L in to my car and charge me that.Was a bit confused, got home and check, yes for my car is 4.5L of oil.Went to check car and it's way above line that should be fill so now I need to go tomorrow somewhere else to remove extra oil ...Definitely not coming back there and will let people I know to avoid

I'm taking the time to write this review because I couldn't understand all the 1 star reviews. Upon a deeper look I see they may have been spammed by the associates of an idiot disgruntled customer.I have been coming to Imperial Auto on and off for over 10 years. Sure the owner may seem a little 'gruff' to some. I call it old school.What I witnessed and experienced today from him and his staff was the same as always. Courteous, professional, and most important in a car repair place: Honest.The owner even convinced me NOT to have services done I thought I might need.He is direct and a straight shooter.No BS.
