Take a very long to get things done, quality control not adequate I had a tailgate painted here and they didn't transfer the letters over to the new tail gate. Now instead of Toyota Tundra 4x4 it's no name and all the girls laugh at me. Not super upset but still should take some pride in workmenship and do it proper and if you don't have time todo the job don't accept it just gives your business a bad name! I got 2 company trucks to be painted this year and I will be going elsewhere

We were in the area for a holiday and someone knocked our front bumper (from parked car) on our last day in the area and we were in a tizzy. We were referred to Fix Auto and they came through in spades. They fixed our bumper in record time and had us on our way home. The staff was very very nice and friendly. Do yourselves a favour and come here to get your car taken care of. Would highly recommend them.

Worst service ever truck came back with dents, scratches, missing parts, buttons not working correctly, headlights not lined up. stay far away from this shop a zero star rating is all there service is worth. They claim any defect as wear and tear and refuse to fix it. BEWARE.

Went in for a dent repair and painting on a side door. First time there were still blemishes in the painting, not acceptable so they said they’d redo. After the second time those blemishes were fixed but there were new ones, so I had to go back a third time! Wish I could say third times a charm! I could never speak to anyone except the lady at the front either! Will never be back and would never recommend.

I noticed my front tire on the driver side was tampered with. The valve was replaced for some reason and a wrong lug nut was put on. My back mud flap on the driver side was broken as well. I called the shop and left a voicemail to have someone call me back for an explanation and no one called. I absolutely do not recommend this place.... I went to get my hood painted and ended up having to pay for new lug nuts, as well as a tool that will help get the wrong lug nut off, new hubcaps as the one broke trying to get the wrong lug nut off and new mud flaps. Not impressed whatsoever. Poor communication. I give negative stars for this place.

We brought our vehicle for a bumper scratch repair the summer of 2016. While the price was good, when we went to pickup the car the bumper was a considerably different shade than the rest of the car (see attached photo). We refused to accept the car as finished and requested they repaint, the refused and said that was the best they could do for a tri coat pearl paint. They also said the paint would fade to the proper shade in the sun lol.Ultimately I had to contact Fix Auto corporate in Toronto, I sent them the photos, then the next day I got a call from the shop saying they would bring in a paint specialist who could complete the job. We brought the car back and it was painted properly. So on the positive side Fix Auto Corporate was able to force the hand of the shop to do right.

My 3500 RAM had a huge dent on the bed. Jeff recommended me to change it. This was going to take forever. He recommended me his contact who sells parts and when I contacted him he had all I needed for my truck. My truck was fixed and ready to go in a short time considering other body shops around Greater Sudbury Area. What amazed me the most is that I had a fender that was horribly damaged, he straightened it and repainted it. It looked brand new. All for a fair price. All employees were so nice and welcoming. Fix Auto came recommended as a preferred garage by my insurance company, the Co-operators after I was in a collision.I am extremely unhappy with my experience.1) absolutely no communication. The only time I had contact was when I was called to sign to authorize the repairs, and then to pick up my vehicle.2) when I picked up my van Christmas Eve, it was out of gas. Not low on gas - I ran out of gas going to a station. This is unacceptable. I’m aware they run the vehicle to test it, but to leave it that empty is terrible customer service.After picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed all the dash lights were on. ABS, traction control, a tire sensor - and my cruise control won’t even turn on. I specifically mentioned this was a concern to me.I reached out to my insurance adjuster who advised me to call the shop regarding outstanding issues. When I called Fix Auto, I was told by the receptionist that they don’t do “mechanical work”.I am blown away. My vehicle was in a significant collision that ended up with the back end of my van under water. My insurance adjuster requested a “full tear down”…If Fix Auto doesn’t do mechanical work - who okayed my van as being safe to drive??Furthermore, the receptionist made sure to state several times that, “if the issues are pre-existing your collision, you’ll be responsible to pay to fix it, not the insurance”. I don’t appreciate the insinuation first of all, and secondly - who drives a newer vehicle without ABS or traction control??Overall, I am extremely disappointed. In addition to the above, a piece replaced on the passenger side at the bottom of the sliding door is loose/sits awkwardly. The brakes have an obvious thump when you step on them and the van drives rough, there’s a wobble in the back end.I made sure to email my concerns to the Co-operators and told my adjuster that Fix Auto should in no way, shape or form be considered a “preferred shop”.If I knew this was the garbage I’d be dealing with, I’d have asked friends and family for an actual reliable and trusted shop that did body work AND mechanical work. Or at the very least I should have been told the limitations of what Fix Auto could do.

Service was very slow got my truck back after three weeks .Price higher then quoted but to be fair I was told and shown I had pin holes in my rear wheel wells. Told I should have metal cut out and replaced with new metal. To which I agreed just wanted my truck done right. The shop manager thanked for my patience on the delay and would compensate me. Upon one of my many visit I noticed body filler on my rear wheel well, when asked the tech he tells me the replacement new metal was to wavy and needed to smooth out with body filler . The rocker panel still has rust spot with primer on, my gas spout to fill my tank was removed but not properly reconnected had to install self tapping screws to secure spout and hose found hanging had to it it up tie wrap. When I finally pick up my truck I had a short and was told it was corrosion and just found out that my right mirror will fold in anymore. I did not have any of these problems when I brought my truck in and expected to get back in the same condition. I have only had my truck back for two weeks and now the new paint has started to bubble.
