This was very first time in this store, and certainly won't be my last!I went in just to see what they had to offer, and was pleasantly surprised at the Jelly Bean variety alone!The lovely lady who helped me get my jelly beans also helped me pick out truffles. I asked her what her favourite truffle flavour was, and she suggested I try the dark chocolate truffle! (I can't fully remember the exact name of the flavour besides it being dark chocolate)I typically dislike dark chocolate, as it's too bitter of a flavour profile for my liking, but was blown away at how delicious the flavour was!I got a orange creamsicle truffle to go with the one recommended to me, and adored that one as well!Absolutely amazed at this little chocolate store!If you have any interest in chocolate by any means, check this shop out.Great energy from staff, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, all about chocolate!

This place is a scam. As a teenager I would go here everyday and was treated like a criminal. The workers were always in a terrible mood and would treat everyone as thieves even though we would come in everyday and spend a decent amount of money on their candy. Since then i have honesty not gone back to this store. As a retail store they really need to work on their customer service because even though i was teenagers it was still unpleasant going to a shop everyday and being treated this way.

I bought three different kinds including the supposed most popular one. None of them tasted good and the quality didn't match the price. I took one bite of each and threw them away. I love chocolate. These were disappointing sorry.

I use to love shopping here, until now. I didn't realize how inaccessible the place actually is to those who have mobility issues or use a wheelchair.Sad to say but this place isn't wheelchair accessible and the inside is even less so. There is no button to open the heavy door, the ramp leading up to the door has no handing to reach the door from without rolling back and its to steep to actually roll up properly unless you have someone else to push you and then a third person to open the door.Will I be back? At one point I would have said yes, but now I don't know I honestly can't say I likely will be back.The products on offer I love and many can't find else else where with ease so its nice to have access to it (yet when a location isn't accessible how is that really even possible).

Typically visit the location in Huntsville, but there are lots of goodies to choose from here. I feel like the Huntsville location has a better variety though, especially when it comes to hot drinks. I remember trying a strawberry flavoured hot chocolate that I did not see offered here which was a shame.But the Belgian chocolate, huge variety of flavours of fudge certainly didn't have me complaining! Being on Queen street is the only hurdle, finding parking (which is typically paid) is always a chore, but at least the area has some nice site seeing.

Yum, yum! The ice cream is great, and the toffees are stellar! Sale on toffees,: 5.99 for a big bag of 'em. TJ made my shopping experience simply fun! We need more staff like her on the front lines!

They sell so called “Belgian” chocolates for as much as they are highly priced in Europe. We purchased a box. I’ve been to Belgium and have purchased chocolates from there. This stores “Belgian” chocolates aren’t the real deal. I assume they think people will not know the difference because they probably haven’t had real Belgian chocolates. Watch out for this scam.
