One of the best places for kids 8 and younger. June 15 to sept 15 has the biggest water park in the city.The new lacross courts double as basketball practice courts. A new walking and cycling bridge in the summer of 2019 will make even better access to university center mall.

Pretty decent place to go with the family. Clean, people behave here better than a few other parks around Nanaimo. Water park is clean. Can be super busy during the summer but such is every water park around summer.

Awesome waterpark for kids, as well as a great playground, picnic tables, and a covered ice rink that's empty in summer, and kids ride bikes etc. Also has public restrooms and change rooms. Quiet residential area. Soccer fields adjoining, so lots of parking.

Part of Harewood Centennial park. Football, soccer and baseball park. All beside a waterpark, playground and covered lacrosse stadium and John Barsby high school. It's a fun area that we spend a lot of time at during spring, summer and fall seasons. This is the hub for recreational activities in the area

My son has been playing organized ball here for a few years now. Well kept and a safe environment. Ample parking and mosquitoes are rarely a problem.
