My wife and I contacted Hawkesbury Ford and we were fortunate to deal with Michel Guindon which has been there for 30 years. I must say that the car buying process was the best that we ever had and that is thanks to Michel and Martin! I bought F-150 from this dealer. I wanted to register it to my company. I am from Toronto and 2 days before pick up date, I received a call from Mr. Zackary and he said I need to get RIN number from Service Ontario to register car to my company. I collected all necessary documents and next day went to Service Ontario at 8.30 am to keep my line. After 40-45 mins waiting on very cold weather, Service Ontario employer said to me that only dealer can get RIN number and She apologized me behalf of Mr.Zackary for his wrong information. After that I sent an email and called Mr.Zackary 2 times but he didn't reply the email and pick up phones. I was panic because next day was pick up date and I was have to drive 500 km to pick up the car. After a few call attempt I reached Mr. Francis from this dealer. He is real professional. I explained all to him then he took the control got the rin number and registered the car to my company. Next day I arrived there at appointment time but waited Mr.Zackary 30-40 mins although I have a appointment.Finally it is my turn and got the keys, before leaving I asked Mr.Zackary that car has apple car play. He said no. I see car has a apple car play when I connect my phone :) lolThen I started my way to Toronto, on 401 suddenly rain started and I needed windshield wipers. But windshield washers didn't work. Big surprise on 401. I reached one of On Route barely, actually I thought they forgot to add washer liquids and bought one and open to hood. But I saw that they removed the pipe from liquid tank and left it. They allowed me to start my way with unattached washer liquid pipe. I am lucky that I haven't had a accident on 401.Overall I am happy with the car but not satisfied dealer service.Be careful and check every single detail of the car before heading your home. They don't care your safety.UPDATE : They called me and offer 300 cad for this issue,It's really annoying they think that risking people's life can be compensated with $300.

Inquired about a f150 just before Christmas and was told that it is no longer available. Noticed the same ad after Christmas and Inquired again, yes it was available. Made an appointment to see truck , we were 8km from dealership after driving 2 hours checked our email and saw that truck had just been sold. Very disappointing. They always seem to have good pricing and are very well presented online. To bad, we will be looking elsewhere.

Sales and Service are both nice to deal with. Given the recent supply chain issues - Hawkesbury Ford always seems to have a decent inventory of new and used vehicles. Purchased my first ever Ford and SUV from here in August of 2022 and coming from previously owning Volvo vehicles (2019 S60 T6 and a 2014 S60 T6)- I can say I am genuinely pleased so far.

We found the sales person Michel very helpful and no pressure to buy and the truck was deliver on time as promised .Matin in the extra warranty dept very helpful to explain different options .The truck could have been a little cleaner in detailing inside .The sales manager did not acknowledged us there was no interaction or a thank you which would have been appreciated .

I love my truck!After 10-years, I'm happy to be back in a Ford truck.A big thanks to Michel for his no pressure sales and being there to guide me through the purchase. It was an outstanding experience and I'll tell others, ask for Michel if you want a Ford!
