Went there to get parts for my quad took half an hour to get 2 parts orderd.....one part was in stockOwner was busy talking to another customer while he was helping meI wanted to order brakes for my quad and a battery....That took 30 minutes....Never in my life have i bin in a store for so long with getting so littleHe didn't even order me both brake pads for the front of my quad i got one side in so i still couldn't do my brakes very unhappy will never deal with them again periodThey are very freindly and invitingBut service is absolutely garbageWould not recommend going here

I was very pleased with the parts dept. follow-up for parts that I ordered and great service when I took my machine in to have some work performed. When my machine needed more work than anticipated, I received a call for the extra repairs needed before they proceeded. I received all my worn parts back which I did appreciate. Great work!

Do not recommend. Dropped my sled off for a warranty motor and got it back 3 months later.. rode it for 400km and motor blew again… the original motor went for 7300km. Took it to another dealer and Skidoo verified it was caused by improper install.. so missed almost the whole sled season cause of their ridiculously slow service and bad workmanship. They also added on a $300 bill that I verified from other dealers after that I should not have had to pay cause it was a warranty job.. Will never go back to this place.

Called twice to book appointment for warranty work on my 2022 defender and was told twice they would call me back. Two weeks later still nothing.
