Linked Home was helpful and efficient when installing my new tankless water heater. They helped me remove my previous rental tank and took care of all the removal costs from my previous supplier. The new water heater works great and never runs out of hot water.

Andrew, the man who came to talk to us about the company was very knowledgable and easily answered all the questions we had. Not only did he help us figure out the (very reasonable!) budget for everything, but he was able to schedule our install for 2 days later! Rob & his team came right on time for the installation. They were courteous & professional, and had our old furnace, water heater, & AC removed quickly & easily. They installed all our new systems so efficiently & quickly too! Rob walked us through everything they did, and how to use the new Nest thermostat, and we are so impressed! We're so happy to be rid of our 20+ year old furnace!

Very knowledgeable company.I contacted them regarding a new furnace. They were able to guide me with the proper sizing due to the size of my home(3 stories). Jeremy was also up to date on certain supplier credits being offered and recommended a furnace that was also was offering a loyalty credit if you replaced same for same.Price ended up being significantly lower than expected due to this loyalty credit.Install crew was great I had to work but let them in as I had confidence in this company. Came home for lunch protective flooring pads were laid out and the installation area was cleaner when they left then how they found it.Highly recommend this company for any service and will recommend to my friends and family.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but I've been waiting for six weeks for someone to get back to me about servicing an item.Initially we had three things replaced, furnace, water heater and humidifier. The sales service and installation was good. No complaints there.However, during the winter we noticed that the humidifier was running but not really doing much. I measured the relative humidity with three different thermostats and at one point even turned the humidifier completely off to measure the difference. The difference between running the humidifier at max and then turning it off was 5%. So 25% when running full, and 20% when turned off. Not very effective, and just a waste of water.On to the problem. Six weeks ago I ran into one of their techs and explained the situation. He said No problem

Fast install even though we live in an old house with many quirks. Guys doing the install were very polite and efficient. We got a very good price for both our furnace and A/C units and they removed our old furnace and disposed of it. Have had no problems with either.

I had an amazing experience with Linked Home. They were courteous and upfront about all their products. I had a tankless water heater installed as well as a new AC, furnace and thermostat. They guided me through the cancellation and arrangements for pick up of my previous services and equipment. The guys who did the install were very polite and wore masks. They came on time and did the work in the specified time as well as take away my old water heater. They guided me through the setup of my new thermostat and made sure everything was in working condition before they left. They left their working space clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Linked Home.

Estimate and consultation was simple and to the point. 2 weeks later it was installed. Now waiting a week or 2 to see what the differences are. So far, an extra 15 seconds to get hot water. Looking good so far.
