Barber Pole & Co.

I don't normally make reviews, but I felt like I had to for how awesome this place is. I've been coming to Barber Pole & Co. for a few years now. They never disappoint and I've never had a bad haircut - coming from somebody very particular about my hair.My old barber at this location moved on to other opportunities sadly, but Sarah has been absolutely wonderful and always does a fantastic job. Tony runs a superb business and I cannot recommend this place enough!

I took my son for a little shape up on his Euro mullet and he was nervous that they might not get the look he wanted. Sarah was incredibly understanding and gentle. He LOVED the haircut and the way she styled it. Great communication, great service, attention to detail and gentle with kids. 10/10

Been here twice. Both for a hot towel, fade and wax. People are great. Service is not rushed. Sarah did a great job on the shave and fade today and is very sweet and friendly. Only downside is it's only cash but they do have an ATM there at counter. Strongly recommend and will be coming in more often.

Best barber I have been to in years. Andrea cleaned me up and took me from looking homeless to looking like I run a fortune 500 company. Atmosphere is amazing. These guys really have by far the best barbershop in town. Maybe the region.

Great barbers and nice tidy place as well. It very welcoming and also have a bar inside in case you are bored waiting for your cut. Its usually packed on weekend so I would recommend booking an appointment as for weekedays you can get lucky with walk in based on the time you are going.Its cash only and they do have an ATM inside in case you missed to take cash on you.

Amazing atmosphere! The service here is far superior to any other shop ive been to, they know how to treat customers right. My barber Sarah gave me an awesome cut and knew exactly what she was doing. Very friendly staff and the bar was so unique and great to see. Definitely the best shop in Cambridge hands down not even close. 10/10 everything

Today was not your average experience at a barbershop. My best friend has breast cancer. Her hair started to fall out and so she made the decision to shave the rest off. We met at the barbershop to have this done. She sat in the chair and became emotional and started to cry. I hugged her and told her she will beat this. Tony stood there with the clippers and turned the clippers onto himself and started shaving his head. My friend was shocked and started laughing and after a brief smile said I'm ready. She sat in the chair as Tony was so gentle and removed all her beautiful hair. He commented how beautiful she was as he removed the last bit of hair. When he was done he washed her head and covered her with a towel. His care and compassion throughout the entire experience was phenomenal. He stayed opened past his closing hours to give her some privacy and allowed her the time she needed to grieve the loss. I am truly amazed when I meet people like this and am humbled by the simple fact that decent people still exist. Thank you for helping my friend during this very difficult and challenging time. I would recommend Tony to anyone looking for a haircut but also for those that are struggling to find a genuinely kind affectionate person to help as they navigate through battling cancer. This has been my go-to place for getting my hair cut and beard trims for some time now. Very professional and friendly barbers here, especially Rudy my go-to guy. They always get me the cut and style I want done and looks great. The owner is an awesome guy as well.

I’ve been looking for a decent barber for ages I walk in and the attitude and atmosphere were great. Roody listened to what I asked for he gave his ideas and it was better than my own. The finished cut looks great and feels great. The bar was a surprise. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. I’ve read comments on how it couple of people weren’t impressed with their experience and I’m sorry for them because it was AMAZINGThanks again.
