Dima and his associates refinished our hardwood floors while we were away. Not only did they do a wonderful job at a reasonable price, but the whole project was seamless. We left the house just as we found it. Not a speck of dust to be found anywhere. I would invite him back for any further contracting work we need and would definitely recommend him to my friends.

Dima and his crew did a geat job refinishing our bathroom (fixing water-damaged underfloor, replacing old toilet and tub and wall and floor tile, etc) and also replaced 20-year-old carpets with birch-look laminate throughout our apartment, and took out 3 no-longer-functional light fixtures and installed new ones. All this cheerfully and with amazing speed, and at a reasonable price. I especially appreciated Dima's suggestions and advice, and his willingness to follow my whims even when they differed from his preferred approach. And, as others have remarked, they thoroughly cleaned up after they finished their work. I'd definitely hire them for additional work, when needed, and would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Brick Development built my custom dream house in Kitsilano, with basement suite, and a laneway house in the back, which are great mortgage helpers. My spa like ensuite, especially shower, is baller. The marble floors are a luxurious touch. My kitchen has a marble island in the centre, top notch appliances. Cherry wood cabinets are very elegant. 9 and 10ft ceilings throughout the house and open layout give it a spacious and airy feel. I found the builders to be professional, highly reliable, and quite knowledgeable. Negotiated great rates with tradespeople. Pleasure to work with. 2-5-10 warranty!
