We have currently switched from a local insurance company in Drayton Valley to Drayden Insurance out of Edmonton .. we had the pleasure or working With Rochelle and she was absolutely amazing very thorough with the policy coverage and took a lot of stress off of me .. I would definitely recommend everyone to her .. thank you so much!!

We decided to leave Drayden after being long-time customers due to the broker who fillibustered our policy by refusing, over a period of several weeks, to pursue answers to a question about a penalty she threatened us with if one of us was to leave the policy. I asked if the insurance company's underwriters refused to an approximation if she couldn't do it. She said she'd look into it. She ignored my follow up emails and almost a month after we originally asked the question, we didn't get an answer. Then I tried to follow up again but she went on vacation and won't be back until after our renewal is up.She never callsback when she says she will. She takes forever to respond to emails if she responds at all. We gave her almost a month to answer the question, and nothing, no follow up. It's a broker's job to help us be empowered to make informed decisions as consumers, but she just caused us so much unnecessary stress and dragged this out for weeks longer than it needed to be.

Need a 5 year experience letter , even though our commercial abstracts 5-10 yr show if there are any incidents , seems very one sided , maybe I don’t understand the whole insurance process but I’ve been driving for 40 yrs and 36 with a class one , I only just now have thoughts to became a owner op , so as the phone answer’s suggested I shall Google some other place ….quote! (giggle, giggle )

We chose Drayden for our Non-profit insurance and I absolutely would not recommend them. They were inconsistent to deal with, rude and basically treated the organization as an insurance cash grab. Not one email of communication in a year, not even to remind us of our upcoming renewal. They simply let it lapse without reaching out. I wouldn’t trust them with my insurance needs on any level. We ended up going to the Co-operators who were amazing.

Have all our personal and businesses with Drayden for years. Switched because they were the best company we had ever worked with and service was amazing. It appears they have grown large enough where this no longer matters and they are the same as most others now. The personal and service aspect has left the building. I reached out to both head office and another office and couldn't even get a call back. The time has come to pull out I guess. Thanks for the service we used to receive.Update:The point of our call was to talk to the upper management in Drayden to see if we could resolve the issues and come up with a solution. But neither Mrs Cake nor Mr Eskelson could take 10 mins out of their busy schedule to call us back to discuss the situation or help us out with our concerns but instead spent more time emailing our branch to pass it off on someone else. That speaks volumes. We called because we didn't want to leave Drayden.Thanks Anyway

I am new to Drayden but so far I have had a very pleasant experience with very professional staff. They know their stuff and are very accommodating. I first heard of Drayden when they sponsored our school event, and I am glad I switched as the sense of community aligns very well with my values. Would recommend.

I contacted Drayden looking for pricing on home, auto and farmland insurance. Alex and Jesse worked diligently and always kept in touch, unlike the other insurance brokerages I contacted re: my quotation. It turned out that my current insurance provider does give me the lowest price, and both Alex and Jesse were honest and upfront about that and didn't try to convince me to switch, which I appreciated. No overbearing sales pitch, just competent work and great customer service and follow through from both of them! Based on my experience with these two great agents, I will definitely consider Drayden again in the future.

I've been going through Drayden west for about 5 years now and I only deal with Alyssa. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else! She is great, always easy to deal with, very pleasant and polite. Also she is very quick with quotes and answering any questions that I have. I cannot express how much I love the service when I go there. Be sure to see Alyssa for your insurance needs!

I was looking for a car insurance. Manager said me that I must to do automobile vehicle inspection report before insurance. I asked: how can I do it? because I can't drive my car without insurance and without registration number of my car. Manager offer to me to use mobile mechanic from google!!! Are you seriously? How can mobile mechanic chek my car? I'm unpleasantly surprised.
