I absolutely love the ebike I bought from this shop a few years ago when they were still in Oak Bay. Its been my main source of transportation and it’s still going strong. Since purchasing I’ve had some maintenance from them including a tire change, a tune-up and most recently the power switch/computer replaced. They are always friendly, straight forward, and fair. I would definitely recommend you buy your bike from this shop. They have great products and great customer service.

I had an amazing experience shopping at this store! Charles and the rest of the staff are incredibly kind and friendly. They gave me great information about all the bikes and were accommodating with taking test rides. They made picking out a bike a very relaxed and fun experience. I can't recommend them enough for their expertise and friendliness!

I can't say enough about the care and customer service Charles provided when I purchased my first e-bike. I am a tall and heavier cyclist and Charles and his team took the time to work with me to find a bike that stands up to a daily trail commute. My initial choice did not fit my daily commuting needs and Charles provided excellent support and allowed me to trade up to a Kona El Kahuna that has proved to be exceptionally reliable and durable. Charles and team are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and always stand by their product and service. I recommend Charles and his team to everyone who needs a bike, service or expert advice.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff with a wide selection of quality e-bikes. Bought a Kona El Kahuna SUV from them and I absolutely love it. Charles is great to deal with in the service department. Helpful and excellent at what he does. 2500 km on my bike and loving it. Highly recommend getting your e-bike from here.

Fantastic! Charles was incredibly helpful! Patient, extremely knowledgeable, never ever pushy, let me try a bunch of bikes and he helped me narrow down my choices and always with my physical needs in mind. He explained everything to me and it was if a friend was helping choose a bike. I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. I highly highly recommend this store!
