They refused to administer a swab test, even though LifeLabs said they require a swab test for the type of test that was on the requisition. I went to a different clinic and got the swab test done.It seems like they have no idea what they're doing. Very incompetent and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This clinic said they don't treat UTI's, but in the past I've been to other clinics and those clinics have successfully treated my UTI's.

What an amazing clinic! Mel explained everything that was going to happen during my appointment and talked me through the whole process. The staff are very caring and friendly and welcoming. It takes a long time to get in so book an appointment early. You can also get discounted birth control here!

I wouldn't recommend going to this place to anybody I used to love this place and I thought it was pretty awesome how nice they were but I just got a check up from them and I found out that I might have something and they didn't phone me back I'm the one who phone them so they got me all freaked out and they didn't do it professionally they should have phoned me and told me but they never did and then they're not telling me how to deal with what I might have so there more less saying just brush it off and it will work itself out to me that's not professional and I don't think they know what they're doing n I find yhem just all over the place so I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody......

Been going to them for a couple years now. I love the staff and volunteers they have there. I’ve always found them super accommodating for any bloodwork that I’ve needed. I recommend all my friends go there! A really laid back and inclusive space!

I walked in today for plan b and it was straight up just given to me no questions asked at the front counter. The staff is so wonderful and welcoming. This place makes me feel a lot better about the world, the community they create is open, educating and welcoming to all people no matter what background.

Very understanding and caring people. No judgements and they make you feel so comfortable and welcome. Prefer to go here over my own doctor! Highly recommend this place for girly problems!

Really awesome clinic! I was getting an iud insertion and the doctor informed me the one I had chosen was too big, and she switched it at no cost. Amazing services and super kind staff! Would definetly recommend it to everyone!
